Walking down an alleyway in downtown Chicago Jack, Marie, Frank and Jenna see a homeless man.
"Ew that man is filthy. And what in the world is he screaming at?" Jenna asked.
"I don't know maybe air?" Frank said sarcastically.
"Maybe we should check it out." Suggested Jack.
"Let me get this straight, you want us to walk up to a stranger and talk to him? Are you out of your mind?" Marie screamed and got a few looks from people passing by.
"Exactly what's wrong with a little adventure?" Jack said.
"Everything Jack, everything" well why don't you and your goody too shoes stay over here but I'm going over. Besides what's the worst that can happen?" Jack replied.
"Oh I don't know he could kill you, or kidnap you, or worse." Jenna said.
"Whatever I'm going." Jack said. "I'm coming too" Frank said to Jack.
"Sir, are you ok?" Jack asked.
"No but son come here," the man replied. Jack slowly walked towards the man.
"Put on these glasses and look around. And hurry for we don't have much time." The man said as he handed Jack the glasses. But nothing prepared him for what he saw in front of him. A slimey snake like creature standing on two legs five feet from him. Jack quickly took off the glasses.
"What was that?" Jack asked worried.
"A monster we call tamberakiwi." He replied
"A tamber what now?" Jack asked.
"Now listen young lad, I need you and your friends to help me in completing a mission. For I am old and weak so I will tell you what to do. Go to the old cemetery on brook ridge avenue, and got to the oldest grave and say this 'I am the chosen slayer and need a weapon to slay all the monsters of Chicago and their master'. I need you to pick a weapon and find the rest of your friends the glasses of color purple, green, and red." He paused for a moment "After that you need to slay all the monsters of Chicago and then enter the chasm of undying. Find the master of the monsters and slay him. When you finish all your task go back to the grave and wait until midnight for further instruction. Son, I need to do do this and save all of man kind. I place faith in you." The man finished
"Ok I can do this and I won't fail. But, I have one question, what if I fail?" You won't because I will be watching over all of you." Jack started to panic "Guys he is dying." Frank said.
As the life was leaving his eyes his final words were,"don't fail me" and the life left his eyes.
