_______________________________________ You're the Anbu Captain from the hidden leaf, and you were given a mission from the hokage to assist the kazekage for about 3 to 5 months. You didn't have to be formal with Gaara because you saved his ass from his father one time when you were kids.
(You were in the Anbu since you were 7) So Gaara was like your best friend, but as the years past you grew a tiny crush (notice the sarcasm when you read 'tiny') on the 5th kazekage.
"Hey Gaara?"
"Hmm?"
"I got this thing for a boy..."
"Well great, you have my blessing, when's the wedding?" He said jokingly
"GAARA!" You yelled back, your face is so red it puts gaara's hair color to shame
"Woah, your face, you must really like him...describe his features."
"What?"
"What does he look like?"
'Uhh...hes a red head like you, has sea foam green eyes, and he's you' is what you would've said but you actually said " he has red hair, green eyes"
"Hows his personality?"
"Dry" you said jokingly
"You think my personality is dry?"
"Wh-what ho-how?!?!"
"I mean if it even is me...is it?" You didn't know any other red head with green eyes so you gave up.
"Y-yes, it is" you admitted, your face growing redder than the Uchiha sharingan, putting the Uchiha name to shame, suddenly you feel a warmth around you, Gaara was hugging you, you take this opportunity and shove your face in his chest from embarrassment earning a soft giggle from Gaara.
"Y/N, Will you, be my girlfriend?..."
"...." you sit there dumbfounded, trying to process what he just asked you, but what came up in your head was 'error: Brain not working, be ready to freak out!' After a few seconds you yelled at the top of your lungs
"YES!" Making Gaara slightly deaf, making you laugh.
