"So, we are stuck like this until we kill the witch?" You ask as you watch your body flip through a few books.

"Looks like it." You hear your voice reply as the flip the book shut.

"Any idea where she might be?" You ask, hopeful for a 'yes' or 'maybe'.

"Nope." Well that wasn't it. "Can you help me put this away?"

You look up to see how sad and almost pitiable you look. "Of course." You smile and grab the book, sliding it where it was supposed to be. "Missing being tall?" You joke as you look back down at Sam.

He frowns. "It's annoying, but I'll admit it's not so bad from here either." He smirked as he picks up some papers off of the floor.

"Right, cause you don't have to bend fifty miles to reach the floor." You joke and grab a couple more books to put away.

Dean chose then to enter, a tablet lit brightly in his hands. "I think I may have found something."

You both turn to Dean, waiting for his explaination. "Did you figure out where she is?"

"Maybe. So another body was found a few miles West from where we were before. Same MO, same coin was found on the body." Dean started to hand the tablet to you, but quickly corrected himself and gave it to Sam, giving you an apologetic smile.

Sam scrolled through the page, reading the article. "Sounds right. Wanna head out?" He asks, looking at Dean as he hands off the tablet.

"We leave in ten." You instinctively reply, both guys looking at you.

Dean rolls his eyes and walks away, muttering something akin to 'who made you boss'.

You turn to see Sam with a large grin on his face. "I feel like you're enjoying this a little too much." You chuckle as he hands you another book.

"It's interesting, seeing things from another perspective, ya know?" He smiles as you slide the book into place.

"Yea? How are you enjoying being a girl?" You inquire with a smirk.

He rolls your eyes. "I won't get used to it, that's for sure. Luckily we should be switched back soon."

"Don't jinx it." You quip back as you walk down to Sams' room to get his duffle.

You get to Sam's room and grab some clothes to change, realizing you are going to see Sam's body naked. You can't admit that you've never been curious, but you and Sam were just friends. It's not an issue you would have pressed anytime soon, but this was the perfect opportunity to quench that curious thirst you had.

Slowly you slid off the t-shirt Sam sleeps in, your eyes caught yourself in the mirror and you couldn't help but smirk. Sam is well built and damn good looking. Why you haven't jumped his bones yet was totally unknown to you.

After a moment you realize you need to hurry so you quickly strip and change, doing your best not to violate him with your eyes any more than you already have. As you slide on the flannel, a knock came from the door.

"I'm decent." You call and the door opens to Sam with his arms crossed.

"You ready yet? I'm the girl and I got ready faster." He teased as you grab the duffle and computer bag.

"Shut up." You laugh as you and him walk to the garage where Dean was waiting.

**********

Sadly, even when you are in Sams body you are still stuck riding in the back. Not that there is anything wrong with the back seat, but you had a small hope in your chest Dean would cave and let you claim shotgun. Even with you in the back, you could still tell how weird it was for Dean. You constantly catch him looking at you through the rearview mirror, his eyes quickly jumping back to the road whenever you look up.

"Take a picture Dean, it'll last longer." You groan from your spot after catching him for the hundredth time.

"I'm sorry, (y/n), but this is so freaking weird. I mean, Sams been caught in a body swap before, but I didn't realize until almost a week later." Deans eyes look to Sam as he visibly sinks in his seat.

"You've swapped bodies before? With who?" You ask as you scoot up in your seat to hear better.

"This scrawny teenage witch named Gary. He was trying to get close enough to kill me." Dean smirked, amused by how grumpy Sam looked.

"Wow Sam, what was it like to be 16 again?" You smirk when you see the corner of his lip curl into a smile.

"It sucked ass. The kid was allergic to litterally anything and everything in existence, was skinny as a tooth pick, and his friends were just as bad if not worse." He laughed as he was remembering the time.

"How did you switch back?" You ask, thinking there may be a spell or something.

"Well, she used a spell. However, I don't think this witch is quite as nice going about switching us back so we have to just kill her." Sam shrugged and adjusted again in the seat.

"Sure are gung-ho to gank this chick. What if we don't get switched back after she dies?" You ask as you slide back into your spot.

"We will find a way, we always do." Sam reassured you with a smile.

"Alright then, let's go get switched back." You smile as Dean pulls up to a hotel and parks in front of the office.
