I woke up in an unfamiliar room with dark blue walls. Then I remembered where I was and assumed I was in my bed. It was black and white with a red pillow.
I sat up and looked around the room. Master Splinter may have said it wasn't extravagant, but it was beautiful.
I looked at an old dresser to my left. It had different knobs and 4 drawers, the wood was chipped in some places as well as the white paint.
I got off my bed to see my bag in the corner, and a mirror outlined with wooden feathers along the sides and swans meeting at the top. My bed also had an iron headboard with a red heart in the middle.
"Woah..." I felt like a princess. "Hmmm there's something missing." I remembered I stuffed all of my sketches in my bag so I unpacked and put everything away, pinning my art to the wall.
What time is it? Where is everyone? How did I get here? A million questions ran through my brain while I changed into a black muscle shirt and shorts.
I opened the door and looked down the "hall" with four doors across from each other. And then it hit me... BACON!!! I walked fast toward the smell obviously leading to the kitchen where Mikey was cooking while two of the brothers sat at the table.
Leo was the first to greet me "Good morning Odette, how did you sleep?" I pulled out the chair next to him.
"I slept well, thank you." I sat down across Donnie who was fidgeting with some gadgets. "What's up Don?"
He looked up and smiled quickly so he could finish his work "Hi." He said and I laughed.
"Did my delicious cooking wake you up, homie?" My stomach growled,
"Yup." I said popping the "P"
Everyone laughed. "Where's Raph?"
As I said this He walked in.
"What's it to ya, princess?" He said with a smirk. "You sleep well? I can tell by your bed head"
"I- I didn't think you guys would mind! It never occurred to me to fix my hair- the bacon! And- Oh, never mind." I was going to tell him to stop calling me princess, but it didn't bother me enough to argue before bacon. He just raised a brow and sat across from Leo next to Donnie, and gave Leo a weird look.
"Breakfast,... is served!" Mikey announces. Usually you serve the breakfast first but, ok? I got up and the boys sped in front of me to grab their food. Once I got there, only a small waffle, a piece of bacon, an egg, and half a piece of toast were left.
I didn't mind, I don't want to eat much anyway, so I just sat down and started to eat while everyone ended. I could feel Raph's eyes on me as I took the last bite of my food, only about 3/4 done. We talked about how I needed to get stronger last night but, the food was really filling and- he cleared his throat and I froze when we met eyes. He just glared, but it was enough to get me to finish.

When I was younger I used to dance- ballet to be more specific. My mother was a fan of the Russian Ballet so she started me young. I got pulled out because my parents divorced and she couldn't pay anymore because she spent all the money on alcohol. I was heartbroken, but I never stopped stretching. Although I did lose my jumps and such, I still have the basics. But my balance has always been off.
I continued to stretch in front of the TV while the guys watched some show Mikey invited me to come watch with them.
"Omg I can't stand dubbed anime." I went into a pigeon and grabbed my back foot to touch my head. Switch... awe crapnards this hurts.
"You don't have to watch you know" I put my foot down and looked at Casey who was jumping over the turnstiles with a mask and hockey gear."what time are we heading out?" I looked at all the brothers and then to my own. Then to Leo as he spoke.
"We'll go around 10"
I wanna goooo
"Where are you guys going?"
"Patrol you wanna- " Casey was cut off by
Raph ,"She could barely finish breakfast this morning, she doesn't have the energy or strength, let alone the training to come with us."
" I guess so..." I turned around and sat crisscross facing them. "when do I start training?"
"Now." Master Splinter said, walking in.
