Beyond The Kingdom

After me and Lycan grouped up, we had some pretty crazy stories to tell. Turns out, the viking group I ran into was an ambush party that some how knew where id land. How they knew id land there of all places however, I have no clue. I told Lycan about Jasmine and the fight that happened, but he thought I must of hit my head or something. I wanted to show him but, then he told me what he found. Lycan managed to find there hidden camp and destroyed it with his hydra, but he also scavenge threw it and found a map, showing the location of a second camp they had. He did say some of them escaped, that must be where their running to. 

We both went back to our ship we used as a half point with our other two friends, Red and Mira, who were also out hunting down the same viking tribe. Their tribe was called the Highlanders, who have been known for their savage fighting and strong resistance to the cold, along with there raids. At the ship, we were down below deck with the map laid out in front of us. Going over the plans as for how were going to take down the campsite. 

"Oh I just love how you two lads find aalll the action, but no, when me and the werewolf go out we find nothing!" Red complained while crossing his arms, his red pirate styled hat leaning forward to cover his right eye, showing only his left green one. "Hey, you were the one that wanted to go south" Lycan replied, looking at him with a smirk. 

"He has a point" Mira said as she flicked him on the side of his head. "Ow hey! your suppose to be on my side!" He rubbed where she flicked and narrowed eyes at her. She laughed. "Not when it comes to mermaids." 

"Aye must I explain it again!? The south is where you find them!" I rolled my eyes. "So instead of looking for the highlanders, you were searching for mermaids?" I asked. Red turned flustered. "Now that never came out of my mouth, so you can't prove anything." 

I smirked. "Right, so now can we get on topic please?" I asked. "Gladly." said Lycan, stepping forward to the table. Mira looked up at me with a grin. "So whats the plan?"she asked as she put a hand on the table, leaning forward. I pulled out my dagger and started to pointing to areas of the camp. 

"The plan is, me and Lycan will sneak in on foot with our dragons close to scout out the camp from a decent distance, using the darkness of the night to our advantage. You and Red will wait five minutes, if you see a flare then we fall back, if not your free to go in with your dragons." I tap the tip of the knife at the top of the camp. "Start here, then make your way down. Mira you can hunt down anyone trying to run." She looked up at me and nod, pounding a fist against the armor over her heart. "Iv been looking for a good hunt." 

"Aye, but thats only if I leave any for you to get to." Red said with a grin before she grin back. "Guess id just have to hunt you then huh?" She replied back. "Ok ok you two, just stick with your jobs." I said before jabbing the dagger into the map, looking around at them. "And remember, if you see the flare, don't go in. The point of this is for me and Lycan to see if theres any children in this camp, or villagers. 

"Looks like someone has a soft spot for savages." Mira said, giving me a questioning look. "Id rather not step to there level, were knights Mira, not killers." I said, looking back at her. She puffed and gave a low growl, looking over to the side. "If you say so, its just I don't think think they'd care ether way." 

"Thats what makes us different from them, from the vikings." Lycan said. "Not all vikings are savages, some prefer to stay peaceful." I say as I cross my arms. "Pirates are a different subject though." Lycan replied with a smirking glance at Red as he glared at him playfully. "I resent that remark!" he shouted, being a pirate in the past. 

We all laughed before grabbing our weapons and equipment. I grab my helmet and look over at the others and give a final nod, putting my helmet on. "May the flame guide us."
