Coming Home and Going Home

"Finally" Kid grumbles as you Law and Kid wait with Killer to get his release papers.

Killer gets to to go home today, and then back to school on Monday.

"Okay" you turn to face Killer as Law talks to Kid. "So your gonna take it easy the first week, riiiiight?"

Killer chuckles "Yes firecracker!"

Your face lights up when he remembers your nickname, and you fling your arms around his torso and hug him tightly.

"I'm gonna miss you Killer!"

Killer kiss the top of your head, and releases you.

The doctor comes back with all of his papers, and Killer wraps his arm around your shoulder as the four of you walk out of the hospital.

You were so happy that he was released today. He was very optimistic about the whole situation.

When you caught him looking in the mirror earlier today, he was smiling.

You smile at the memory as you walk him to Kids Mustang.

You hug him and then Kid, as you say your goodbyes. Law has to take you back home today.

You called your boss the day after you got to Raftel.

He told you that if you didn't return to work by Monday then you would be fired. Today was only Saturday, but Law wanted to get you home, and spend some time with you.

He hasn't been able to come home since he left for school.

Kid actually shakes hands with Law, before he climbs into his car and waves to you as he heads back to the dorms.

You peck Laws lips and interwine your fingers with his as you walk over to his car.

"Thank you for coming to get me Law! It means a lot to me that you did that."

Law smiles at you and squeezes your hand.

Law opens your door for you, and you climb in. He closes it and walks around to the driver side to join you. You both buckel your belts, and head for home.

When you pull into the driveway, Law turns off the engine and just sits there.

"Are you okay Law?"

He sighs "Ya, it's just that I missed being home."

"Let's go inside" you smile and climb out of the car.

When you go inside, Lisa is asleep in her room.

You go into the kitchen to get something to drink, and you see a piece of paper with Laws handwriting on it.

You pick it up and read what's written.

Lisa
     I have (y/n) with me, I'll explain tomorrow when I call.

Short, sweet and to the point. Law never did like to dance around the point of anything. That is unless you were talking about his love for you.

Law walked into the kitchen as you were putting the note back on the counter.

"Thank you for this!" You point at the paper. "No matter the situation your always so level headed and make sure every detail is done."

"Especially when it comes to you."

Law smirks and pulls you into his body by your hips. He pecks your lips and hugs you.

"It seems like forever since we were together in this house!"
