Brothers

Christmas was only 3 days away, and you havent put your tree up yet.

Today Kid and Killer are taking you to a tree farm to pick one out. Law stayed home since he wanted to arrange the living room so you had a place to put it when you got back.

Your sitting in the front seat with Kid, and Killer is in the back. You decided to take Kids car since it was bigger then yours and you could tie the tree to the roof. You brought a large blanket with you to put under it so it wount scratch Kids precious Charger. Apparently he and Killer spent the last two years building it from the ground up.

Your singing along with the radio as you head to the tree farm.

Kid suddenly turns the radio off, making you frown.

"HEY! What did you do that for Kid?" You pout as you forcefully cross your arms over your chest.

Kid sighs. "Look (y/n), I'm really sorry about lunch yesterday!"

You sigh and push your hat off your head as you run your hand through your hair. "I know your just trying to protect me and all. I mean who can blame you. You know my parents." You turn to look at Kid as your features soften. "But you have nothing to worry about with Law... I promise. You will see over these next two weeks!"

Kid growls as he rubs his face and scratches his head. "I'll try, that's all your gonna get from me."

Killer sighs from the back seat.

Kid looks him in the eye through the rearview mirror. "You got something to say Killer?"

Killer shakes his head as he chuckles. "No... not at all."

As you pull into a parking space you pull your hat back on your head and tighten your scarf around your neck.

You watch the soft, cold flakes fall as it starts to snow. Your noes instantly turns red when you step out into the bitter cold air. "Brrrrr" you shiver as your breath heats up the air and becomes visible.

"You okay (y/n)?" Both Kid and Killer ask at the same time.

"Ya!" You say, pulling your gloves on. "I just can't take the cold weather!"

You head into the farm and walk down rows and rows of trees.

"What about this one?" You ask when you finally see one you like.

"I think it's perfect" Killers says, placing his hand on your shoulder. You turn your head and smile at the blonde.

"If that's the one you want! Then let's get it and go. The snow is getting worse, and we still have to get decorations and a few other things."

"Okay" You turn and look to Kid who stands on the other side of you.

You hold both of your arms out and hug them as best as you can with one arm on each of them.

"I have the best brothers ever!"

They both chuckle at your cute red face as your closed eye smile lights up the space y'all are in.

Kid and Killer carry the tree out to the car and carefully strap it down.

"Be careful Killer, your gonna scratch my baby."

Killer rolls his eyes as you laugh. "I am being careful Kid! I know how you are with this car. I've been there helping you build it since it was only a chassis!"

Kid grumbles as you climb into the car to escape the cold.

Kid gave you his keys so you could warm up the car while they get the tree properly strapped down.
