Laurens POV

Well today is the day I'm going to Camila's family cookout. I took a shower last night so after I ate breakfast I start getting ready. Since its hot out today I put on some washed out denim high wasted shorts and a Rolling Stones tank top, Then for make up I keep it natural except for lip gloss, I put red lip gloss on. I then slip on my black VANS and wait to leave. While I wait I get my laptop out and scroll through tumblr. After 10 minutes its time to go so I stand up, slip my phone in my pocket and go down stairs. Since they live next door we walked over. When we got there, there was a sign that said go straight out back so we did. Every one was talking and laughing and Camila's dad was grilling steak, I then realized that me and Camila were the only "Kids", I mean were teens but you know what I mean. I guarantee we will have to be together I hope she doesn't hate me , I also hope I don't do anything stupid. 

Camila's POV

Today is the day of my family's cook out I'm already up and dressed. I'm wearing regular denim shorts and a black and white poka dot shirt with white Converse, my make up was natural. I saw Lauren and her family come in and I got nervous, i hope she doesn't hate me, i hope I don't make her hate me either. Over the coarse of the party we have became great friends. Its not time to eat and we are sitting by each other and laughing over funny stories were telling each other. After we eat my parents tell me and Lauren to go in my room and talk so the adults can talk in private. So we grab some pop and chips and head up to my room. We scrolled through Tumblr, told funny stories and did all kind of teen stuff. At around five my dad came up and said its time to go, but Lauren can spend the night if she wants to, so I looked at her and waited for her reply.

Lauren's POV

When Camila's dad said I could spend the night I got happy. I saw Camz (yeah she said I could call her that) looking at me for an reply so I smiled and said yes. Then before I left to get my stuff me and Camz gave each other our phone numbers. I then went home to pack my stuff. I packed pjs, my phone charger, clothes for the next day, make up and other stuff for my face plis my tooth brush and paste , my iPad and it's charger and my brush with some ponytails. Then I headed back to Camz house, I still cant believe we are finally friends. I hope it stays like this. When I get to Camz house we decide to put a movie on because we are tired, so we take our make up off, brush our teeth then put our pjs on and get in bed. We put Camp on. (If you havnt seen Camp you have to its really good and you can stream it on netflix). 45 minutes into thr movie Camila falls aleep, I take my phone out and text Ally.

Correct, we are having a sleep over as we speak.

REALLY!? wow whose house? tell me stuff girlie!

To Ally

yes really and its at her house, we were watching a movie till she fell asleep so i took my phone out and im currently texting you.

Im so happy for you! tell me all about it i have to go night !
