KYRA, XANDA AND LENA BATTLE THEIR WAY UP TO THE PENTHOUSE OF THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, along with the police units covering them at all costs. Their greatest threat is the C-4 walls of every floor of the entire building, and one simple detonator can blow up an entire floor and cause a chain reaction on the remaining floors, and set the building to crash on the ground. Adam's squad climbs an elevator, but they're only sixteen floors behind the KYXL, but Shao-Khan is able to get the X-Tank on the penthouse fully functional.

There, she hacks into the server and broadcasts herself through every screen inside the building. As the three sisters with their police allies got to the thirty-seventh floor, they saw a dozen of Cobra mercenaries with the building staff held hostage.
