You're My Obsession (A Gumlee fanfic)

Gumball's p.o.v

   I was sitting in my room, working on replying to letters, paying bills, etc. You know, all the prince duties that I had to complete daily. I heard a knock on my door. I opened the it and saw Peppermint Maid.

"Hello your highness, I brought you some tea." she said with a smile placing it on the table next to my desk that I was working on.

"Thank you Peppermint Maid." I said picking up my tea and taking a sip of it with a smile.

   She flashed me another smile and then left the room, closing the double doors behind her. I gave a sigh of relief and got back to my work. I didn't like not doing my work. Even simple little dialog was so very distracting.

   I actually got finished with all of my work very earlier than thought. I decided to head over and see Fionna and Cake. I have not seen them in a few weeks. I felt bad always having to work.

   I decided to walk through the grass meadows. It was very peaceful and quiet. Until a shadow appears above me...
