Peggy was bored the day after the party, the day after the kiss, when she decided to call Burr.

"Hey." He said to her. "Hello, whatcha doing." She asked. "Um, just watching TV, you?" He replied. "Oh just absolutely nothing." She said with a sarcasm. Burr chuckled. "Ok, what happened?" He said with a straight voice. Peggy's cheeks instantly turned a rose pink. "WHAT, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, NOTHING HAPPENED!" She shrieked. Burr put a smirk on his face and looked her straightly in the eye. "Come on, I know that look." He smirked. An awkward silence went by when Peggy broke. "OK, SO AFTER THE CHRISTMAS PARTY SAMMY MAY HAVE COME OVER AND KISSED ME!!!!" Burr's eyes widened. "How long was it!!" He yelled "LIKE TWENTY SECONDS!" She shrieked back. "Ok act out what happened." He replied. "Ok, so afterwards he looked at me, like so shocked. And then we just stood there staring and smiling." Burr looked at her, "Peggy, there is someone else who is in love with you." He said to her.
