"Morning!" I chirped, walking into the bedroom with a tray filled with mango juice and toast.
Calum groaned loudly and sat up in his bed.
"What?" He said deeply, rubbing his eyes with the back of his hands.
"Good morning." I repeated. As Calum removed his hands from his face he revealed the massive purple bags dragging under his eyes and the paleness in his face. His shirt was crinkled and his hair was messy.
"What happened?" Calum asked as I placed the tray of breakfast on Calum's lap and sat on the edge of the bed, "why do I have mango juice, I hate mango juice?"
"That's not what you were saying last night!" I exclaimed throwing my hands down on the bed, annoyed that I'd made the effort to go out and get Calum some mango juice only to find out he doesn't like it.
"What? Why? What happened last night?"
"You really want to know?" I smirked at Calum as he bit into his toast.
He nodded.
"Well, you came in at like midnight last night, banging into everything and saying you want mango juice, then you fell over and hit your head like 3 times, I managed to get you upstairs and you kept on saying mango, mango, mango, I want mango and then started dancing and fell over again. Then you finally got into bed said 'I'm drunk' and seconds later you were asleep." I said, laughing at Calum's expression.
"Who was I out with?" Calum questioned, taking another bite of his toast and then gulping down some mango, cringing at the taste as he swallowed it.
"Luke. You really don't remember any of this?" I raised an eyebrow getting up of the bed.
Calum shook his head, "nope, nothing."
My phone made a 'ding' noise in my pocket causing Calum to groan.
"Turn it off, my head hurts." He said, grasping his forehead.
I laughed at how hungover Calum was and pulled out my phone, smiling at the message.
* from Luke: How's Cal, hope he's not too bad, told him not to get too drunk! *
I started typing back but was interrupted. "Who is it?" Calum asked, revealing all the half chewed food in his mouth.
"That's none of your business." I snapped at him, heading out the door.
"Wait! Taylor, it's not Luke is it?" He sighed and I instantly began to get nervous.
"No, it's... It's, urm.." I stopped talking as soon as I realised that I actually had no one else I could be talking too, I had no one else apart from Luke.
"Look, Taylor, if it's Luke I would prefer it if you could just tell me." Calum sighed again.
"It's mum. Yeah, she said she'll be home at 9." I tried to make it sound as convincing as I could but Calum didn't look convinced, however he nodded and layed back down in bed whilst I went down the stairs and onto the sofa. I instantly replied to Luke, getting butterflies already.
* he's just coping, came in late last night saying something about mango? Hope you're not too hungover either! *
I was just about to put my phone down until it went off again, Luke had replied within seconds.
* from Luke: Long story! And I'm not too bad actually, being the responsible one ;) if you're not doing anything later do you want to go into town? *
The butterflies got worse. I thought for a minute before replying 'sure.'
I went upstairs and into the bathroom, putting on some makeup for later.
