"Geo, wake up!" I shouted, jumping on top of George. "Five more minutes," he mumbled, turning away from me. I frowned. "I have food!" I tried getting a slap in the face as a response. I leaned toward his face and gently pressed my lips against his like a whisper. It was so light our lips barely even touched. George tried to deepen the kiss but I pulled away. "Not fair," he murmured. "I only do it cause I love you," I promised, earning a breath-taking smile. "Now get up, wanker! We have a day planned!" i demanded playfully. He laughed and actually obeyed.
I woke up from my dream and slowly took in my surroundings. Oh, yeah. That was almost 40 years. "Rings, you're crying," George said, smiling at me. I wiped my face and sure enough I was crying. I smiled weakly,"Just a dream, Geo. I'm fine." I promised. "You don't look fine," he said softly. That's my...well not my George anymore... so kind. Even when he's dying. "Don't worry about it, Love." I smiled at him. "I've missed ya, ya know," George said after awhile. "I've missed you too. How longs it been since we've seen each other? Months?"
"Like a year." he said, rolling his eyes. I regret not being together and not even seeing him lately. "I'm sorry. I should've made time to come see ya." I told him looking at my shoes. "Don't apologize! You're here now, that's all that matters." He grabbed my hand and I felt the sparks, same as when we were younger.
The nurse came into Geo's hospital room and told ne I should leave for a bit she had to do something, I don't really know what. I walked down to the bathroom and sat in a stall. I felt the tears start to flow down my cheeks. Why? What would've happened if we stayed together? Would we even be in this situation?
George POV
I'm dying. Wow, I guess I'll see John again at least. I am happy, though, that Ringo is here with me. I remember being in the Beatles and being with Ringo. That was the best time of my life. I used to think the fun would never end. Now here I am facing death.
"Geo!" Ringo yelled, jumping on my bed like he used to. I laughed,"Rings!" I noticed his eyes were red, had he been crying? "There is absolutely no good food here. How the hell do you survive here, Harrison?" He joked. "Bloody hard," I laughed with him. "Hows about you go get me good food?" I asked. "Yeah, yeah, I'm going." He stuck his tongue out at me and laughed. Oh, that boy still has a hold of me.
A/n This will get better as it goes I promise tell me what you think? -Syd
