Ringo POV
I walked through the grocery store getting stuff to make dinner for George tonight, although he's a way better cook then I am, he refuses to cook. Some man came and walked beside me for a bit. I glanced over and, of course, he's taller than me. "Don't look, keep walking." he said with an american accent.
"What do you want?" I asked, very annoyed.
"I know your secret." I froze. What secret? Me and Geroge? No, we;ve been careful.
"What secret?" I heard him sigh.
"You and George Harrison, fucking queers and if you don't end it, I'll kill him. right in front of all the beatles, the whole world will know your secret."He threatned.
"What does it matter to you anyway?" I asked.
He stayed silent and flashed a gun from his jacket. "Don't believe me? Well, that could be a fatal mistake. Wouldn't be the first time. Choose wisely Starr." and with that he left.
I walked into our house quietly, hoping he wouldn't hear me enter. Why is this happening? Everything is going great! We have a wonderful house, an amazing relationship, the band is doing fantastic and we have amazing friends. We didn't bother anyone.
I punched the wall, pain exploding through my hand and wrist. Some frustrated tears fell from my eyes. I have to keep my Geo safe. I took a deep breath and walked into our bedroom. "George, we need to talk," I said.
He smiled, "So talk." Why did he have to smile? I took a deep breath again."This isn't working."
He loooked confused for a second. "What isn't workin?"
I let out a frustrated sigh,"This whole fucking thing! It's illegal Geo! And...it;s just not working out." I lied.
He just stood there. Why isn't he yelling, hitting me, or reacting at all he just stands there! I'm not scary or imtimidating at all, quite the oppisite actually, I'm tiny, like an elf. "Ringo-" he started but I cut him off. It hurt so bad breaking his heart.
"Friends? Like we used to be?" I pleaded. He has to stay in my life. I love him too much for him not to be there.
"Yeah, but I need some space." he said. My heart broke into a million tiny pieces. I somehow managed to keep my composure though. I started walking toward the door "I love you Ringo." He said, voice slightly shaking. "Yeah," I said and just left.
George's voice was slow and steady. I was still cuddled up to him. I pulled him closer to me, not wanting this moment to ever end. He stirred a little in his sleep."Ringo," he mumbled, his voice is really quite sexy when he's sleepy, I've alway's thought that. "Go to sleep Geo, I'm here."
"Sing?" he asked laizily. I laughed and started singing his own song. "Here comes the Sun do da do do
Here comes the sun and I say it's alright.
Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling it feels like years since it's been here." I began and his breathing slowed down again. I soon fell asleep with him. He's still so beautiful.
"Excuse me, Sir?" a female voice said, waking me up.
"mmm?"
'We need to borrow Mr. Harrison. You can come back later, I promise." she said. I looked up at the young girl and nodded. I slipped my shoes and jacket on and left for McDonalds. Yeah, yeah. I'm a fat kid and love food, maybe not as much as Georgie, but yeahh.
"Oh my God, you're Ringo Starr!" a little girl, no older than 15 said. I noticed a bandana around her head.
"Yeah I am, what's your name?" I asked, smiling.
"Macy," she said.
"Nice to meet you."
"I just wanted to say thank you. You guys helped me through my chemo." she smiled and hugged me. I awkwardly hugged her too.
"Well, keep fighting! Me, George, and Paul are rooting for ye! And I'm sure John is in Heaven," I smiled. She looked so happy, I can't belive our music still affects people. I can't wait to tell Paul and George!
