♣2: New life♣

EUNISE's POV

As I realize that I transformed to a wolf I felt a sign of relief. I never knew running in the woods with your wolf was such a nice and peaceful feeling something I've always asked for. I still had to run though. The fear of my crazy father going after me still scared me. I was faster though ,now that I was in my wolf form I was faster like triple the human speed or more. I thought of a place where I can stay although it will take a long time and more of running I had to. I ran and ran and ran until I reached the place. I felt exhausted but great. I tried to shift back. I heard one of the guards said that in order to shift you have to think of your human form and I did. It worked! Although... I'm naked. I knocked on the door for a couple of minutes until finally a woman showed up.

"Aunt Soyeon!" I approach her while fresh tears flowed again unto my eyes. I know she was shocked at my presence but she was the only family member I can think of.

I pulled away from the hug and she is still shocked. I just look at her with full of sympathy. She looked at me up and down. Until finally out of her 'shockness'

"Oh my dear Eunice! Look at you" she said and I can see tears build up as her hand was placed into her mouth full of pity and sorrow.

"Come inside faster... you poor thing" she said as she led me inside.

The warm air of her house immediately made me ooze in relaxation. She addressed me to sit on the couch and I did as soon as the soft silk of her couch touched my skin it felt peace and sleep. She got out of what I thought was her room with a pair of pjs. I forgot I was naked and quickly grabbed the pjs and changed to it. When done she looked at me again with full of pity. She then hugged me. She hugged me tight and I can feel her warm hug. Something I've never felt ever. Love. Her hug showed so much love and affection ,I started crying again. I love this feeling. Finally someone that cares...

"Tell me what happened to you" she said while we both sat down the couch. I told her everything my cruel parents have been doing to me and she just cried and showed how worried she was with me.

"Happy birthday" she said while carrying a cupcake with a candle.

"You remembered!" I excitedly said. I've never heard anyone tell me a happy birthday nor did I get anything like a cake. It wasn't a cake but it's a cupcake and will do.

"You're a strong girl..." She said with a grin on her face while I enjoy eating my cupcake. I just nod my head.

"You're gifted my dear..." she said while caressing my head. She looked at me with worry and affection. Something I wish my mom did.

She told me to stay with her from now own. She promised how my parents will never get close to me again and how she will protect me. She also let me sleep in her bed. I made the right choice to come to my Aunt. Finally I can sleep without any thoughts of someone harming me.

From that they on I would slowly regain my lost weight and forget the horrifying past my parents have given me. I knew one day they would come looking for me but I will be stronger and be able to protect myself from when that day comes.

Right now I need to be out of their sight and live the best that I can away from them...

~{5 years later}~

"Enjoy your new school" Aunt Soyeon shouted while I headed out of the house.

I really didn't want to go to school because all the schools I've been through so far was always the same. Bullying Rogues like me. I had no choice though. Aunt Soyeon wanted me to go to school badly while I prefer to just train myself at home. The bus finally came to the bus stop as I headed inside and scanned my bus card. I can smell all the wolves and the rogues in the bus but didn't care. I saw eyes on me knowing that they knew I was a rogue. I plug in my earphones as the bus starts to drive back to the school.

Around half an hour we reach my new found school. It was big and looked prestigious. It had big brick walls and a vintage look. I walked out of the bus last since I hated to squeeze with the other students. I came outside and saw both guys and girls outside the bus. They all were looking at the students that walk down the bus. As their eyes averted on me disgust was yet again shown I guess the girls only. The boys were instead checking me out like usual. I'm not gonna brag or anything but I was proud of how my whole look was and thankful for it. I had a fit body because of training and gained enough weight from all the years and Aunt Soyeon's amazing food. I also had natural waves of my brown hair and my same goes with my eyes. My skin was fair. For me I think I don't look too bad.

I walked inside the school and approached by a big hallway. I was a bit early for class but that was an advantage because I had to go to the administration to get my locker number and schedule. I looked for the place and a lot of students was there talking on their own little groups and obviously some of them would give me a disgust look and I would just shrug it off. I guess I got use to it. I finally reached the place as I see the sign. I sigh in relief since I don't have to walk further. I woman with glasses and looked like she's at her mid 20's was there typing something on the computer. She finally noticed me.

"Oh hello dear..." with her obvious fake smile. I couldn't but get a little pissed because i thought she was going to be kind.

"I would like to get my schedule and locker number please"

"Name?"

"Lim Eunise..." I told her. My real name was Lee Eunise but I use Aunt Soyeon's username since someone might recognize me from my last name. She nodded while typing something again. She gave me two pieces of paper and said one was my locker number and the other my schedule.

I quickly went away and noticed how there are only a few students left meaning classes was about to start. I quickly ran to my locker and looked for my number. It took quite awhile since my number was in the hundredths place. After finding it I quickly placed my bag. Then the bell rang. Great I'm late for class. I quickly got my text books and looked over my schedule. I walked a faster pace and notice my first class was biology. I walked faster and analyzed all the subjects I'll be taking today until something hard hit my head and led me to stumble on the ground. I groan in pain and rub my head.

"Next time look where you're goi-"
