HISTORY

Shuiro was a fairly light-hearted child, he lived with two happy parents, in a small village secluded from most of civilization. Which would, in turn, be one of their downfalls. When Shuiro was five, his village was struck week after week by both Grimm and organizations that said they wanted to stop the Grimm but just wanted people to do tests on.

With troubled times rising and the increase of Grimm attacks, villagers became desperate. This didn't exclude Shuiro's family. With a new baby on the way, Shuiro's parents sold him to save themselves and their unborn child. Telling him to go with the scientists so he could protect his little brother or sister. As noble as it was, Shuiro was too naive to understand that it was bad for him to do this.

Leaving and going to one of the organizations, he wasn't eased into anything. And was thrusted into tests, and physical training, then to reading, writing, and other such studies. From the age of five to 15, he built up a name for himself. He became the 'One-Handed Swordsman'. The name came from his skill of adjusting to fighting with one hand because one of the experiments done took his arm,

Replacing it with a robotic one that would serve him better than his own flesh and blood one. Other such changes affected his teeth which elongated into dangerous points, and his height. His genealogical DNA stated he'd be really short because his father was a short man. But by the time he was 15 he was already 5"10.

Other such abilities would be the ability to enhance his strength and speed at will. His Semblance proved to be quite useful, despite it being such an intangible power. His Semblance power being the ability to create Illusions, mentally and in the real world, they were so believable that it was shown to drive people out of their minds.

In these labs as he trained and worked for the people in charge, he bonded with a pretty blonde girl with emerald green eyes. She was tested on in the same way he was only she never got robotic replacements, she was outgoing and very bright. Her dream was to be a powerful Huntress so she could help those that could not help themselves.

Shuiro having fallen in love with the girl asked her to run away with him so that he could help her get into the best Huntsmen and Huntress school, which happened to be Beacon Academy. On the run, they got as far as the borders of Atlas, before they were caught and she was killed in the process of protecting him from being shot in the back. 

Slipping into a mind-numbing rage he killed everyone who chased them before succumbing to his grief as he held her as she died. She made him promise to live her dream for her and to move on and not to linger on her, she wanted him to be happy even if she couldn't be with him. Doing as she wished, he trained even more and qualified for Beacon and got in on the recommendation of the training school in Atlas.
