"fuck, fuck, fuck" i stare at my phone
"what's wrong baby?" skai asks
"nothing, i need to leave like right now" i start to gather my things
"why?" she asks another question
"just because, okay?" i swing my backpack on
"diego?" i storm out of her house as she runs and follows me
i ignore her and jump in my car, i speed all the way home, i fucked up, a lot! how the fuck could i have done that? maybe it was the stress? i don't know but something is wrong with me
back at the house my phone started to blow up with notifications, a bunch of articles were written about skai and i saying "Lil Xan's new girl?" photos coming up of my arm around her, i hope natalie doesn't see them
i pulled up on the drive way of my house and find that natalie isn't home, where is she?
i call her phone
buzz, buzz, buzz
she left her phone home so maybe she hasn't seen the articles
"natalie!" i yell, waiting for a response but all there is, is silence
my body is shaking, so many questions and thoughts are running through my head, so much is happening all at once
will natalie forgive me? will she find out? what should i do about skai, fuck
my first thought was that she had to be a jades house, i jump in my car, and begin drive like a maniac

natalie's POV
it's around 1:30am and jade just fell asleep on our third movie, this girl is beyond crazy, partying one day and then heartbroken the next, im glad she's my best friend, if it wasn't for her i wouldn't have met diego, i really owe her for forcing me to go to his party
i slowly drift off to sleep
BANG!
jade's front door slams open, my heart drops not knowing who it was, was it jade's ex? an intruder?
i lift jades head off of my lap, and i peek around the corner to see who it was
"diego?" i whisper
"natalie, thank fuck" he paces towards me and grabs my face as he smashes his lips into mine
"hey, why are you here?" i ask
"why are you here?" diego asks me
"uh, well i was on my way to your event, and jade was crying on my doorstep, im sorry i couldn't make it" i look to the floor
"it's okay, as long as jade is okay, don't worry about me" he hugs me very tight
"did you come here for me? or jade?" i question him
"well, after the show i came home and realised that you weren't home, and my first guess was that you were at jades, so i drove here as fast as i could... i just needed to know that you were safe" he kisses me once more
"okay" i smile

diego's POV
her smile is so precious, i don't want to hurt her, i want her to keep that smile
if i tell her the truth, she would be broken hearted
if i lie and keep that secret away from her, one day she will find out, she would also be broken hearted
i don't know what to do
