*chapter 14: baby shower part 2*
Mateo's POV
I have to find out where she lives. Maybe if I ask her for her address she'll tell me since we are meeting up tomorrow.
"Hey Yn can I have your address" I asked
"For what exactly" she said
"Because I wanna hang out with you tomorrow and I can't pick you up if I don't know where you live" I said
"How about we meet at the park and we can go to Friday's or something" She said
"Okay" I said smiling
Gosh she's so freaking smart if it was any other girl that I liked they would've told me where they lived. Guess I'm gonna have to do this the hard way, or I can just ask Sevyn where Yn lives. I walked away and went upstairs to Sevyn's room so I could ask her.
Your POV
Ha I bet this nigga thought I was gonna give him my address tryna stalk me I think the fuck not he can try that with some other dumb bitch who actually gives their address out to someone they just met
"You ready to go babe" Lucas asked as he sat next to me
"Yeah. I'm just gonna say goodbye to Sevyn and then we can leave" I said walking upstairs to Sevyn's room to hear talking
Sevyn & Mateo talking
"I want her address" Mateo said
"Why" Sevyn asked
"Because I like her" Mateo said
"No! You just wanna stalk her until she chooses to be your girlfriend" Sevyn said
"That's not true. I care about her and I don't wanna stalk her, I wanna get to know her better" Mateo said
"Get the hell out Mateo! Do you know how many people you've hurt and caused pain to by stalking them, ruining their relationships, making them move! Don't you remember that restraining order that was on your ass, or did you forget!" Sevyn said screaming but calming down because of the baby
"I'm sorry Okay! I didn't mean for that to happen at all. I'm fine, I just wanna get to know her" Mateo said
"You need help Mateo! I'm going to bed you can let yourself out" Sevyn said
I quickly walked down the steps grabbing my phone and my bag walking out the house with Lucas
Mateo's POV
I'll get her address one way or another even if takes me months or weeks I'll get it. And I lied to Sevyn I want her address to stalk her like who settles down wit people these days...not me I like to keep moving but let me go home cuz I gotta me Yn tomorrow at the park
Your POV
I flopped down on the bed with Lucas next to me while I grabbed my phone
Me: hey Keisha this is Yn
Keisha🤪: oh hey, what's up?
Me: Mateo asked for my address today so we could meet up tomorrow and hang out
Keisha🤪: and what did you say
Me: I told him no that we could meet at the park
Keisha🤪: YASSSS! He thought you was gonna give him ya address
Me: I'm not stupid why would I give a stalker my address he ain't gonna stalk me
Keisha🤪: true. Well I got School tomorrow so see you later
Me: okay
I put my phone on the charger and was getting ready for bed until someone texted me like damn can I go to sleep
Unknown: hey
Me: who's this
Unknown: Mateo
Me: oh. Hi
Mateo💘: hey
Me: what do you want?
Mateo💘: we're are we going tomorrow for our date?
Me: it's not a date we're just going out as friends
Mateo💘: oh right. Sorry that slipped
Me: mhmm it's fine. Now can you like text me tomorrow or something
Mateo💘: why
Me: because I'm going to sleep 😴
Mateo💘: oh right
I mentally rolled my eyes and put my phone on the charger once again and finally went to sleep with Lucas's arms wrapped around me
The Next Day/At School
I walked into the school with Lucas holding my hand as we walked to our lockers. His was on the left of mines, Kyree's locker was on the right, Keith's locker was next to kyree's locker and trey's locker was five lockers down from mines. Thank god
Mateo's POV
Plan: stalk Yn is in motion
I hacked into the schools computer and added my name into the system I've been going to the school for a whole year and a half. I also looked for Yn's schedule and just transferred some of her classes to my schedule so we have all the same classes and the same lunch period.
Okay so first things first: play it cool 😎 and by that I mean...ah why would I tell y'all like y'all won't snitch. I spotted Yn from a distance talking to Lucas, Kyree and some other dude, I have to get her alone. I watched as they talked for a few more minutes before they walked off leaving her at her locker.
Alright go up to her and ask her for help with your schedule. Apologize about asking for her address and play it cool 😎.
"Hey Yn!" I said walking up to her
"Oh hey Mateo what are you doing here?" She asked
"I go here" I said
"No way, really" she said
"Yeah. I've been going here for almost a year and half. You've probably never noticed me because of all the people that are in this damn school" I said chuckling
"Yeah. Every school year after the break I come back and there's more people than last year" she said
"Yeah definitely. So uh I'm sorry about the other day at Sevyn's baby shower it was wrong for me to ask for your address like that" I said rubbing the back of my neck
"It's fine. Apology accepted" she said smiling
"Thanks. So are we still going to the park later" she asked
"Yeah after school" I said
