"It's in every news paper chris!" Summer said yelling into the phone
They've been arguing about him being seen with Rihanna for the last two weeks
I grabbed the phone from summer's hand and hung up the phone putting it on the coffee table
"Why'd you do that?!" Summer said
"Because you can't just call him and start arguing with him you were the one who broke up with him and it's not like their dating they could be good friends. I'm glad chris has made some friends with him traveling to different states every other day or every couple of weeks" I said
"I know I just miss him being here and I just miss him period" Summer said letting a tear fall
"I know you do, I miss him too but you broke up with him remember so you can't just up and call him every time he's on a magazine with some girl" I said
Chris's POV
At the studio
"Alright chris this is Tayla Parx it's basically a duet" my manager said
"Alright" I said
She came into the booth with me as we waited for the manager to start the beat. After he started the beat we continued with what we were doing

"That was great chris y'all can come outta the booth now" my manager said
Me and her walked out of the booth and I went to get some water. I looked at my lock screen seeing that it was the same picture of me and Summer from when we first met. Damn I miss her like crazy, I need to see her and make things right. I looked at my schedule I'm free for a week mine as well ask if I can make a visit back home.
"Aye uh anthony since I don't have any upcoming shows can I visit my family for a couple of days" I said rubbing the back of my neck
"Yeah sure just make sure your back on Thursday" anthony said
"Thank you" I said
I left the studio taking my private limo to my hotel where I was staying at and started packing up my stuff but imma FaceTime Yn so she can know that I'm coming home for a little bit

"Hey" Yn said smiling at me
"Hey. I gotta surprise for y'all" I said
"What is it and why are you packing. Don't tell me your quitting" Yn said
"No. My manager said that I can come home for a few days" I said
"Your fucking lying! How many days are you gonna be home" Yn said
"I can stay until Thursday because I have a show in Hampton, VA on Tuesday of next week" I said
"Yay! I'm just glad that your gonna be coming home. I haven't seen you in almost a month" Yn said
"Yeah well don't tell summer and the others I want it to be a surprise" I said
"Alright so what do I have to do" Yn said
"Just make sure all of them are there when I get there" I said
"Alright. What about summer though ain't you with Rihanna" Yn said
"No we were just at the same hotels because our shows were in the same cities and stuff but she's still on tour and I already told her how I feel about summer, she respected that so me and her are just really great friends" I said
"Oh okay. Well I'll see ya when you get here" Yn said hanging up

"Who was that" summer said
"Oh that was Mateo he uh wants me to help him buy a dog" I said
"Oh. Are you going with him now" Summer said
"Yeah" I said getting up
Once I got downstairs I called FaceTimed Mateo

"What's up" Mateo said
"Hey so uh I sorta told summer that I talked to you about getting a dog so yeah we have to go buy one" I said
"Yn really! Ugh you know what come to my house, NOW!" Mateo said
"Alright" I said hanging up

"Now why in the hell would you tell summer that" Mateo said looking at me
"Well...chris is coming back for a couple of days and he wants to surprise summer and everyone else I didn't want her to know that I was talking to him so I told her that me and you were getting a dog" I said
"You so owe me for this. Now let's go get the dog" Mateo said
"What do I have to do" I asked him
"Well first it's a date tonight and then maybe you'll be my girl" Mateo said
