Jack was woken up by a knock on his hotel door. He looked over at his clock by the bed and was surprised too see that it was 8:30. No one should be awake at this hour , Jack thought. He got out of his nice, warm bed and walked to the door.Jasmine was greatly taken back by Jack's night attire. She knew that guys wore less clothes but I guess she was surprised by being greeted by a shirtless Jack. Jack closed the door a little bit, almost as if he was embarrassed by his lack of shirt.
"Oh Jas! I wasn't expecting you until later," he exclaimed. They had made plans to hang out later in the day so they could both sleep in, but by the looks of it, Jasmine had different plans.
Jasmine giggled a little bit, "Come on! We have places to go, people to see!"
Jack scrunched up his nose, "What people?"
"Abbie got back yesterday from her vacation and Sophia drove in to see you and obviously me because I am the best. So get changed! We have big plans," Jasmine smiled then closed the door on Jacks face as a sort of motivation to get moving.
Guess he has to start getting ready then.

Jack and Jas arrived at a cute, little bakery downtown. As they walked in, the aroma of baked goods filled their noses. Jasmine looked around the cafe in search for her best friend but no mop of long, brown hair could be found.
"I guess we got here first." Jas motioned around the place,"Find a table that fits four and I'll get us something to eat."
Jack found a table quickly, absolutely thrilled for this day to come. He had already planned to steal Jasmine away for a couple hours once they got to the zoo. They would get churros and look at the animals. She could talk about whatever she wanted and he would listen intently.
Jasmine waved a hand in front of his face,"Jack are you even listening?"
He had been so focused on planning their day that he hadn't even noticed the girl sit down.
"Oh sorry. What did you say?" Jack quickly questioned.
"I said that Abbie and Sophia got here. They are paying for their food."
Jack nodded his head," Oh ok."
Jasmine set down the food, which was a humongous chocolate chip cookie, and sheepishly said," I got this for the both of us because its huge. Is that ok?"
Jacks eyes widened," Of course! Yea thats good!"
Abbie and Sophia finally payed for their treats and sat down. Sophia got a bagel, while Abbie got the same thing Jack and Jas got. Except she was going to eat the whole thing. They talked and ate, and soon enough they were heading to the zoo.

"Lions!"
"Giraffes!"
"Lions!"
"Giraffes!"
"STOP FIGHTING!!! We are eventually going to see both so how about we see the giraffes now and then the lions later!"
Jack and Abbie have been fighting over what animal to see first for ten minutes straight. Abbie wanting to see the giraffes and Jack the lions. Obviously it got annoying so Jasmine decided to break it up. But Jack still wasn't going to let it go.
"Why not the giraffes later and the lions now?" Jack cried, resembling a toddler who didn't get his way.
Sophia sighed in frustration," Because the giraffes are literally in front of us!"
Jack looked forward but then had to look up due to the height of the giraffe. He glared over to Abbie," You win this one, Maverick."
Abbie glared back," I intend to win all, Grazer."
Jack walked away from the two girls and over to Jasmine. This was the time that he was going to steal her away. He leaned over to quietly ask her to walk with him, but she cut him off before he could say anything.
"How about we go see the lions?" The sparkle in her eyes when she said that stopped Jacks ability to speak words. All he could do was nod.
They quickly ran away from Abbie and Sophia. Jas looked at Jack from the corner of her eye to steal a glance at his perfect face. To her surprise, he was staring at her already. Not just stealing a glance, but relishing in her presence. This could be the beginning to the perfect day. A day in history. A day to remember.
