I made it home after spending almost an entire hour with Lena. She told me, an average Joe that spending time with me was saving her. So I guess I sort of stopped her from killing herself.

I still don't think, she likes me though. I've read online all the time about people with depression have their emotions reved up to 11 when on the brink of suicide so I doubt she actually likes me.

That all happened yesrerday, you know what's weirder? The fact that she knocked on my door at 8:00 am. Asking if she can sit around my house.

"Hey you"
"Um isn't this kinda weird, seeing as your already dating somebody?"
"I guess but aren't we dating?"
"So your cheating on Derek? With me"
"Ha no, I dumped him, told him that I never wanna talk to him again"
"All for a guy you probably won't like by the end of the day"
"HEY stop doubting my love for you"
"But their isn't any"
She leaned in to kiss me but I put out my hand. But she didn't stop, she kissed my hand.
"Man you must really hate me"
"Don't twist my words girl, you know I don't"

She walked over to the couch and sat down.
"Come sit"
I groaned and walked into the kitchen.
"You know, just because you mom and dad aren't home shouldn't mean you can go where ever you want"
"No they would kill me, I haven't even told them about Derek"
I began with my morning ritual, I tossed a few slices of pepperoni in the microwave and hit the 4.
I walked back into the living room leaning on the doorway.
She sat in the most comfortable way she could manage. She had both her legs to her side as she leaned on the arm guard. She looked at me with that cute smile.
"Oh please Lena, make yourself at home. That is so cool no problem"
"Why? I drive through the snow storm to come and visit my boyfriend and he rejects me? What am I going to do with myself?"
"Snow day, and that's not what I mean and you know it"
"Prove it, come over here and sit down"
"Fine"
I walked over and sat next to her, she shifted so she was laying down, resting her feet on my lap.
"May I?"
"No"
"I'll take that as a yes since you didn't get up"

She put her feet on the floor and stood up, moving so she was really close to me. She grabbed my arm and placed it on her shoulder, she was attempting what I think was cuddling?
"Is this what you needed as proof?"
"No,this is"
I move my head to look at her, right as I look down she moves in and steals a kiss.
I stand up.
"God, you gotta worn a guy you know"
"HA, I knew you'd get flustered and adorable Luke"
"I'll get you, back for this Lena"

A knock on the door, pulls me from this trap/blessing.
I open the door.
"What took you so long dude, it's the last day your here and you leave Maranda and I waiting outside?"
"Sorry man, come in"
It was Danny and Maranda, Danny was holding something amazing.

A large Moretti, Slice o' italy pizza.
"Here man, gift from ma"
"Dude this is amazing"
I let them inside, but I'm in a dangerous situation.

Lena is in the other room, Danny and Maranda don't really like popular kids. Just as I was gonna break the news of Lena being in the other room Lena rounds the corner.
"I'm tired of waiting Luke get back in here and finish cuddling with me"

Danny looks at me, then Lena, and then Maranda.
"Manda"
"Yes"
"Slap me"
Without hesitation she placed a clean slap across the face.
"Alright, everyone in the living room, we need to talk"

We all moved into the living room, I sat down in my dad's recliner thinking, oh if it's a one seater she won't try anything. But no she just walks over and almost jumps in my lap.

"Really Lena"
"I don't care who sees, I want my cuddles"
She lays her head on my shoulder.
"Okay before you ask, no we are not dating"
Lena looked up.
"Uh yes we are"
"Fine I guess we are"
Danny looked stunned.
"Dude, Um Lena I don't wanna sound rude but... HOW DID YOU MANAGE THIS!!!"
"Long story I don't wanna explain"
We sat in silence for a but before Maranda spoke up.
"Look, it's cute and you 2 work well together but, the council won't like it"
"I couldn't give 2 shit about them"
