Chapter 14- King of kings

Alright time to get back to the star of my show. Lucas has been going through a trial with the King of winds. He's about to have a break through.

Lucas POV

The chains refused to break or even budge. It's like he knew it would be impossible. But I won't let that smug overgrown cat get what he wants.

How close are you?
Well Hypnalis, this would be a lot easier if you would stop asking me that every 5 seconds!! It's already hard to concentrate with the burning pain from the chains and you come along asking me how close I am just throws me off.

He wasn't rude like you thought he would be. He's very patient but he is kind of scatter brained. Or am I scatter brained, I mean his voice is in MY head after all.

I knew that power was there now, I could feel it. But I couldn't grasp it and it's pissing me off!!

Just give it up kid, you'll never break those chains!!

I don't even know how much time has passed but I'm not giving in. I'll break these bonds.

Then I felt it, a quick pulse ran through my veins. The chains golden color changed to regular grey color.

I keep my word!!

My veins turned the color black and my hair turned a dark purple. I had grown a tail, it was thin and black but definetly snake like.

I raised my hand and the chain snapped violently before disappearing. Then when I raised my other hand that chain did the same.
Before long I was free of my prison.

I stood in front of the King of winds rubbing my arm. Dude I had burn marks all over. As I went to walk my legs collapsed under me.

I was about to hit the ground when a fuzzy crutch stopped my fall.
You've passed the first trial Boy.
Hehe, what do you expect?

I sat down and relished my new found freedom.

But I do have an equally as challenging fight, I have to beat the tiger.

In a matter of moments I could get to my feet. I felt stronger then before, stronger then I've ever been. This is what being whole feels like?

I looked at my hands, they have aquire some kind of snake tattoos that wrap around my arm. The jaws of the snakes look as if there about to bite down on my eyes. The inky fang of the snakes extend down onto my eyelids.
I'm ready as I'll ever be tiger.
Then let our battle begin!!!

The king of winds began stalking me, walking around the side if me. I kept an eye on him as to not let my guard down. He lunged at me, he was so fast I barely managed to avoid being tackled. I turned away from his attack but was still sliced across the face. Time to go on the offensive. But what can I do in this form?

Teleportation. Use it to gain the upper hand.
I began to summon the power to teleport when he lunged at me again.
Just before I was sliced up I found myself behind the tiger.

I grabbed the tiger by its tail and pulled it back to me. As I pulled it back I jumped onto the tigers back.
Let's go you beast!!!!
How dare you mount me!!!!

He began thrashing from side to side,
I could barely hang on.

I pulled the darkness around me to my body.

Venom strike!!
My hands began to seep a sinister black shadow, it was as if my hands were leaking poison.

I locked my legs around the body of the Tiger and slammed my hands onto its mighty back. He slammed into the floor, I jumped into a portal and appeared in front of the king of winds.
