The Deep Blue Curse

Chapter 6

I woke up with a jolt it was hard to breathe. Carson was still asleep with his arm wraped around me. I looked at the clock 4:55 it said. I shook carson awake. "Carson get up."

He started to stir. "What what is it." he asked." "Its almost five my parents will be up you need to go now" serena said.

Carson jolted upright "im so sorry serena i didnt mean to fall asleep." he rushed around and gathered his stuff. He gave serena a quick kiss then left.

That morning she got ready for school and left. At school chloe and sasha were talking about a sale at the mall today. "Hey serena want to come with us later we could have a girls night." chloe asked.

"Sure sounds like fun i will meet you guys after school" serena said. Then the bell rang and they left.

After school serena met sasha and chloe outside.

"If you want to follow me so i can drop my car off at my house that would be great." serena said. And they did.

At the mall. "Lets go to dresses for less." sasha says. The store had lots of dresses for prom witch was coming up.

"We sould buy a dress now while they are cheap and before they are all gone." chloe said.

"Why would i need a fancy dress?" serena asked.

"Because prom is coming up duh." sasha said from the other side of the rack.

"But i havent been asked yet." serena said.

"You will be asked rust me carson is in love with you theree is no doubt about that." chloe said.

"Okay fine i will find a dress." serena gave in.

Serena looked around the racks. And spotted a mint green and lavender dress. It was long and the top half had lavender, but it faded into the mint green as you looked down the dress. It had only one shoulder support on the right shoulder, at the waist there were tiny clear beads that went all the way around the dress.

Serena took it to the dressing room and tried it on it fit perfectly. She steped out of the dressing room on the bench was a mom waiting for her daughter to get out of the dressing room.

"Sasha, chloe what do you think of this one." serena asked.

"I like it. It looks great on you." chloe said.

"Yeah carson would love it." sasha said.

"Okay then im getting it." serena said then went up to the counter to buy it after changing back into her regular chlothes. After chloe and sasha bought their dresses. They went to mama's cafe. Carson wasnt there and it made serena a little sad.

On the way home to serena's house she got a call.

"Hello is this serena palatine."

"Yes who is this." serena asked.

"This is the froze cone calling to tell you that you got the job, and you start friday."

"Okay i will be there bye."

"Who was that?" chloe asked.

"Froze cone i got the job, and now work part time there i start friday." serena explained.

"Cool their ice cream is good." sasha chimed.

Serena got home and there was arguing going on from the living room.

Serena peered into the living room. Her brother was on the couch with pajama pants and a heavy metal band shirt on. Sitting next to him on the right was a blonde boy with kaki shorts and a red shirt. On the left was a dark skinned boy with black pants and a white shirt. They were all playing some game that had alot of blood.
