Thank you for the continuing support :))

As the two teen sat inches apart, Richie wanted to embrace the boy he looked at and hold him and lay light kisses on his pale white skin, all the attention- deprived teen wanted was someone to hold, and these thoughts that coursed through his mind showed how little people actually paid attention to Richie. He was so deprived of anything close to love.

Eddie looked at the time flashing across the clock that laid on the Richies nightstand, his eyes went wide and he shifted himself off of the bed, releasing Richies hand.

"Oh god, rich, I need to get home. My moms gonna kill me." The small boy said as his feet dropped to the floor and a groan escaped his lips, he placed his hands over his bruised ribs and sucked in through his teeth.

"Hey," Richie said as he rushed to the boy and helped steady him. "I'll walk you there."

Eddie lifted his head up and let a smile show, why was Richie Tozier being so nice to the weak germaphobe boy?

The two teens walked down the street as Richies old dirty shoes dragged across the pavement and Eddie occasionally shivered under the cold winds that whipped past them.

Richie looked to the side to see Eddies arms lined with goosebumps, his eyes softened and he left a smile fade onto his lips.

"Here," Richie simply said and he pulled off his grey oversized hoodie, exposing his dirty, ripped pajama shirt he didn't care to change that morning.

"No, I couldn't," Eddie said as he lifted his eyes to see Richie holding out his hoodie. "Plus you'll just be cold."

"I'm offering, just take it," the teen spoke with soft words, Eddie returned the smile and reached out his small bandaid covered hand to grab the hoodie.

"Thank you Richie."

The hoodie smelled of cigarette smoke and strong cheap cologne, it blinded eddies nose and was all he could smell, but God did he love the smell. Something about it, it made his heart soar. The hoodie went to the boys knees and went inches past his fingertips but it felt incredible.

Richie smiled as Eddie became masked by the very large sweatshirt, and he reached into his pocket and pulled out a cigarette. Placing the end on his lips he breathed in as he pushed a match up against the far side, smoke tangling with his curls and fading out into the November air.

Eddie had wide eyes as he looked at the teen breathe in heavily through the stick, the smoke trailing on behind them. Richie opened his eyes and met contact with eddies eyes, Richie smiled.

"What'cha thinkin baby?" Richie said with a wink and a puff of smoke exiting his lips.

"Nothing..." Eddie said as the end of the word trailed off and he shivered slightly under the hoodie.

"What? You thinkin somethin dirty, boyscout?" Richie said as he fell back into his old habit of letting words roll off his lips without a second thought.

"No, You're gross Richie,"  Eddie said as he smiled softly, but tried to hide it from the tall teen.

"Hey, that's not what your mom said to me last night when I-" Richie was just about to get into the full story of the joke when eddies watch began beeping like crazy.

Beep beep

Richie was completely cut off from his thoughts of joking as Eddie quickly stopped in his tracks and turned the alarm off.

"Sorry.." Eddie quietly muttered and he lifted up the hoodie to reveal a small blue fanny pack resting on his shorts. Richies face softened at the sight of the boy unzipping his fanny pack.

Eddie reached into it and pulled out a large tray of pills, each container labeled a different day.

"Holy shit what are all those for?  penis enlarger pills or some shit ?" Richie chuckled out as Eddie snapped open the Sunday container and pulled out four different pills, placing each one on his tongue and swallowing it.

"They're nothing.." Eddie whispered as he carefully placed the pills into his fanny pack next to the inhaler Richie gave him and some baby wipes. Richie threw his cigarette to his side  and whistled out into the air.

The two walked down the street together as they continued talking, they talked about Derry high school and the people there. Richie told him about his friends and how they should all meet. The idea terrified Eddie and gave him worse anxiety than school ever has, but he didn't tell Richie.

Cause walking down the street with Richie Tozier was okay for now.

The two walked as the moon lit the empty streets, they walked in silence. But not an awkward silence that was filled with uncomfort, it was the kind of silence that made the two feel at peace. The kind of silence both teens could never achieve in their own homes.

"It's here," Eddie said quietly as his small Velcro shoes came to a stop in front of a small yellow house. The boy turned to face Richie and he looked up into his eyes that laid behind his thick glasses. Swirls of almond brown and Coca-Cola surrounded by beautiful eyelashes, Eddie had never seen a sight more hypnotizing.

Richie smiled and felt his heart beat pick up as the two stared at eachother. Time stopped in Richies mind, staring in eddies eyes could make everything else disappear. It could make the world stop.

Their staring contest was broken by a long yawn escaping eddies small lips, the boy stretched out and placed his hand over his mouth.

"Sorry.." He said as his eyes drooped a little.

"Damn you tired?" Richie asked "we're me and your mom too loud last night when we-"

"Beep beep Richie." Eddie said as he imitated his watch that cut the boy off earlier as a grin spread across his lips.

"I'll see you around Eddie," the teen said as eddies eyes dropped and he turned his face to his house.

"See you," the asthmatic teen said as Richie looked at the small boy wearing his sweatshirt.  he let a smile fade to his face, cause it would look better on Eddie than it ever would on Richie.

Eddie lifted up his arm and placed his softly on Richies arm, just a slight touch, a slight graze against Richies skin. But it felt like sparks were being shot through the teen.

Eddies hand lingered for a couple seconds on Richies skinny arm, lingering on a spot that used to be covered with bruises and cuts, leftover scars from times he would never reveal to anyone. Times he couldn't have been more alone.

And before Eddie dropped his arm, Richie felt warm.
