Chapter Five

I groaned slightly, My eyes began to feel heavy and not wanting to open up, So I just let them stayed close.

I took a deep breath but eventually scrunched up my face in disgust as I smelled Anti-bacterial scents, My ears flickered at the beeping sounds and whirring of machines nearby me.

I was confused for a moment and eventually forced my eyes open to which I regretted, Bright light began to blind me and it made me back to keep them shut again before blinking slowly, My vision slowly cleared, Greeted by a creamy white wall, I arched a brow before trying to sit up, To which I can't, I felt my limbs heavy.

Like a thunder flash, Memories began to flood my brain, Remembering what happened at my Dad's house.

After I left my Dad's bedroom to fetch myself some drinks since, I already ate half of the doughnuts in the box and I just decided to give the half to Nick.

As I was about to reach Nick's room, I couldn't help but feel.. Painful in my head, I groaned and clutched my head as it was exploding inside, I let out a slight growl in pain before eventually blacking out

Now, I awoke with a friggin' headache due to the smell of this freaking hospital, I looked around once again, Noticing my clothes I wore before neatly folded on a table beside my bed, That means I'm wearing one of those stupid gowns.

Ew.

I feel like I am going to throw up.

Before I could even had the chance to, The Door opened, Revealing Keido in his god forsaken doctor uniform, Of course, He didn't mind his job as a doctor, But, He told me that he hated his freaking uniform, He hated white, Believe me.

His freaking house is just full of Maroon and Black.

" How are you feeling? " Asked Keido before standing beside the bed where I am at.

" Shitty. " I replied, Crossing my arms.

Keido just shook his head in disapproval " Glad that you still have your colourful mouth at this serious moment you are having. "

I shrugged helplessly " Genes and can you tell me what happened? "

" Well, You blacked out as what Nick said, He immediately called me, Of course and Also, Jin is outside, Worried as fuck. " He explained.

" Oh.. Well, why did I blacked out? "

" Let's just say.. One of the symptoms in Cancer " Keido said.

My eyes widened " Fuck.. Me.. " I groaned helplessly, So they are here, So that means, They already knew about my disease, Fuck!, I don't want them to know.

" T-that means.. They now knew? " I asked

" Yep " Keido replied, Giving me one of his apologetic smile

Apologetic my ass.

I huffed and closed my eyes for a moment, Having quite the trouble now since, My Father and our personal servant now knew about disease, All I wanted is to not let Charles get informed about my sickness, I'm not even planning to tell it from him.

Let's just say, The world will end if I told him about it, He'll freak out like Hulk who lost his pants.

Keido gently patted me on the shoulder before walking out, After a few minutes, Nick and Jin slowly came inside, Nick is still wearing his armor.

He has no shame.

Slay.

While Jin is wearing a Black and Red V neck shirt, Added with a Black Jacket on top, He also wore A Light Black pants with a gold chain dangling on the left pocket, He also wore a Shiny black top hat to hide his horns.

Cause it'll be hell if they found out that he is a freaking demon.

" You alright..? " Asked My dad, I nodded slowly, He let out a sigh of relief at that before closing the opened door behind him.

Nick eventually sat next to the closed door, Jin slowly moved forward to sit on a chair beside my bed.

" I was so worried!, Why didn't you tell me that you have a cancer?! "

I slowly avoided looking him, Looking at the opposite side, Staring at the wall

It looks good, Though it has some dust.

" Firn, Stop avoiding me.. "

I sighed before clearing my throat, Still not looking at him.

" I don't want you to worry at me like I'm a six year old. "

" Of course, It's my job to worry the heck out of you, Scold the crap out of your head, Cause I'm a parent, I may not be perfect, But I'm trying my best to keep you safe.. "

I gulped inaudibly, He had a point, Though, The further I think about the past, The further I understand, The Rules that he had given to me, Was to keep me safe, Not having my freedom taken away from me, The Scolds he gave me was to keep myself in the right path not because my will to have fun was taken away.

I slowly understood now.

He looked at me with his head tilted slightly " Whether you like it or not, I will not hesitate to help you with your disease "

I just sighed in defeat, Seems like I have no choice but to nod like I'm sucking a big ass ice cream stick.

Shit, My mind is really in a gutter.

And I blame Jin for it.

Jin smiled slightly before slowly wrapping his big muscly arms around me, Pulling me into a protective hug.

Fuck, I missed his fiery smell, I buried my muzzle against his neck, Nuzzling slightly.

He chuckled, Making me startled as his chest vibrated in his chuckle.

" I missed you.. " He soft said into my ear

" I missed you too.. Dad.. " I replied slowly, Taking another lungful of his scent.

He eventually pulled his head away to kiss my forehead before ruffling my hair  To which in my annoyance.

I growled lowly and he just laughed.

" I really love your hair, Kinda reminds me of your mother.. " He said, Making me pull back, Looking at his expression.

" I guess.. You look like Furcifel without powers. " I chuckled

He just laughed softly before pulling me into a tight hug.

I hugged back, My muzzle against his clothed chest.

Damn, I needed his fiery scent to linger on me.
