- Leader Maxie is a workaholic and often overworks late into the night and early morning. As a result, Admin Courtney gets plenty of chances to watch him in his sleep at his desk. Too cute!
- Brendan is a complete sap for Pokemon Contests and is banned from taking part in them since he has Legendary Pokemon. This makes him sad.
- Mary hates bugs, and always has at least 2 cans of Super Repel active.
- Mary normally hates water, but she bought a swimsuit in hopes that she'll get to take Brendan to the beach, and that he'll see her in it.
- Mary's Magma Grunt outfit is actually a keyhole sweater, but you can't see it since she wears the hoodie over the sweater hole. She's thinking of showing Brendan one of these days. Eventually.
