Alya's Plan

Questions

Marinette's POV

     So many questions bounce around in my head. How could Hawk Moth possibly send an akuma this far? Does Chat/Adrien know I'm Lady Bug now? Is it our fault that Chloe got akumatized again? Does she hate him now? If she does, it's all my fault. Will the media be all over this? Will Alya start making theories, then connections?

     "Want some breakfast, Mari?" A voice raises me out of my train of thought. I realize it's Alya.

     "Sure," I mumble and slowly get out of bed and get ready. I put on a light pink dress that goes to my knees and white crop open sweater.

     I pull my hair into a fishtail braid, painstakingly making sure it's perfect.
The I put on makeup. (I would go into detail but I saw a seven year old wearing more make-up than me. I do not really wear any and don't what most things are.)

     I walk out of the room and to the breakfast table. I opt for cereal.

     I decide to talk to Adrien after breakfast and at least get a few answers.

    As we walk out, I grab his arm and say, "Let's talk somewhere privately."
    
     He nods and we walk toward the beach, and find a spot away from people.

     "I have a few questions, I was hoping I could ask you," I say running my sweaty palms off on my dress.

     "Anything for you, Purrincess," he responds.

      Ignoring the cat pun, I begin. "Does Chloe hate you now? If she does it's all my fault," I ask and attempt not to bury my face in my hands.

    "Chloe's pretty mad, but she'll get over it. It's not your fault," Adrien tells me and I smile gratefully.

     "Also, do you know now about the whole.... you know," I say checking over my shoulder.

      "Yeah, don't worry Mari," Adrien tell me. "Now I don't have to chose one person to love."

     I blush and reply with Thanks."

     "Last question," I say after a pause. "How on earth did Hawk Moth hey and akuma all the way over here? Is thought her could only reach Paris.

     "What if now he creates akuma victims all the world that we can't stop?

     "Wait, I'm stupid. He wants our miraculouses, so he wouldn't have a victims anywhere but near us. So I guess the question left is how did he know we were here?" I finally finish saying and gulp for breath.  

     Adrien contemplates this for a second, then replies, "He must be close to one or both of us. So that would mean our parents, our friends, or perhaps teachers."

     "I don't think it's my parents, I rule out Alya since she I'd always broadcasting, not giving commands. The only akuma victim that hasn't had Hawkmoth constantly instructing them had been your father. I say it's got to be one of our parents," I finish saying and know none of us want to believe it, but we do.

     We continue our discussion for a hour or so, then play around in the water.
