Now I have alot more time to update. Here we go!

---------------------------------------------

"Will, it's time." Rye says as he shakes me awake.

"Ok." I manage to gasp out.

"I love you, Will."

"I love you too." I sit up as Rye walks out of the room. Mom has layed out a grayish-blue dress that matches my eyes. I slip and stare at myself in the mirror. I have never looked as beautiful as my mother. My brown hair falling to the middle of my back. Everyone says I look exactly like my mother. I don't think I do.

"Willow?" my mother knocks at the door.

"Come in." I answer weakly.

"I'll do your hair now."

She starts to braid my hair to the side.

"Are you nervous?" she aks.

"Sure I am but not for me. For Rye, Clarrie, and everyone else. Were you nervous?" I reply.

"Of course. I was scared for Prim and Gale."

"Are you scared now?"

"Well of course I am. I am scared for Rye and Clarrie."

"Not me?"

"Willow, you are the strongest and most amazing girl I know. You have been strong for me, dad, and Rye. You will never give up. I don't need to worry about such a strong girl like you"

I engulf my mom in a hug.

"I love you mom."

"I love you too."

My mom wipes some tears away as she finished off my hair.

"It's time." she squeaks.

---------------------------------------------

I walk with my hand entangled with Rye's. We go up for them to take our blood. Then we spilt up into boys and girls. After the propaganda video Effie strides up on to the stage.

"Welcome, welcome. Happy Hunger Games and may the odds be wver in your favor. We have three mentors this year Haymitch Abernathy, Peeta Mellark, and Katniss Mellark."

I look over at my mom. A sadden expression coems over her face.

"Let's get started. Ladies first."

She wavers her hand over the bowl. She picks up a piece of paper that could change someones life. My plans get all sweaty. I get a encouraging pat from Clarrie. I didn't even know she was with me. Effie opens the paper and gasp. This can't be good.

"Willow Mellark." She gasp. I see a tear stream down her face.

I slowly make my way on to the stage. I see my mom crying into my dads shoudler. He gives me a reasurring nod.

"Willow?! Please someone help!" Rye yells from the crowd. My dad rushes to pull Rye off the guards. I stand not looking at anyone. I look into the woods. Into the place I feel safe. I probably won't see the woods again. I won't see my district or family. I grasp my necklace. Somehow it gives me a feeling of a reasurrence.

"Now it's time for the boys."

She strides over to the boy's bowl.

"Kolton Ashers"

I look up to see a blonde haired boy nervously walk up to the stage. I think he went to my school. We are both 16 years old.

"Ok shale hands."

I shake Kolton's hand.

"These are your District 12 tributes for the 1st annaul Hunger Games."

---------------------------------------------

"Willow!" Rye yells.

My family engulfs me in a hug.

"I'm all right. I'll be allright." I reasurre them.

"I know." My dad says.

"Willow, we will see you later." my parents say.

"Willow," Rye starts, "I love you. If I had a chance I would've volunteered for you."

"I know, Rye. I love all of you so much."

"I know you can win." Rye says.

"I will try for you."

"Times up." a peacekeeper says strenly.

I engulf my family in one more hug.

"I'll try for you Rye!" I yell as the door is shut. A tear streams down my face. I wipe it a away quickly. I don't need anyone to see me cry.

Clarrie runs in. We engulf in a hug.

"You can win. I know you can." Clarrie says confindently.

"Clarrie, there is 24 kids out to get me."

"You can hunt. You are an amazing hunter."

"I kill animals. These are innocent childeren."

"I beileve in you Will."

"Take care of my brother. Make sure my brother is ok."

"I will Willow." The peacekeeper comes to take Clarrie away.

"You can win Willow!" are the last words I will ever hear friend say for a while or forever.

To my surprise I have another vistor.

"Mayor Prime?"

"Hello Willow, I am very sorry this happened."

"Thanks, why are you here to see me?"

"Can't I vist my district's tributes?"

"It's never happened before."

"Here's the thing. I really like your parents. I am going to give you a little helpful information. The president doesn't like you. He hates what your parents did to his grandfather. He will get hia revenge on your family in any way possible. I just have one piece of advice. Trust no one."

"Trust no one?" I say before I realize I am talking to air.

"Time to board the train Miss Mellark." the peacekeeper says. He grabs my arm and leads me towards the train. I look to see my District one last time for a while. I try to scope out my brother. I can't seem to find him in the crowd. I meet Effie by the train. I nod to Clarrie in the crowd. She is surronded by all her brothers with tears rushing down her face.

"It's ok." I mouth to her. All she needs is more worry.

I look at my District one last time before boarding the train.

"The odds are not in my favor today." I mutter.
