YUNA'S POV

he dropped me of at home. we both didnt say a word for the whole car ride anymore, all he said was that he was gonna text me tomorrow just before i walked inside.

as soon as i walk in my mom runs over to me. "where have you been?" she asks me with a sad tone in her voice. i hug her quickly.

"i'm sorry i made you worried. i was just with jaehyung." i lied because if i told her who it really was and what happened she wouldnt let me see him ever again.

"i'm tired mom, goodnight."

i make my way upstairs and flop down onto my bed, my legs and arms spread out widely. i greet my cat who sneaks in and occupies my bed when im not home.

i quickly do my night routine, which consists of showering, organizing my schoolbag for the next day and doing a sheet mask. i still have homework, but i couldn't care less to be honest.

it doesnt take me long before i doze off into a deep deep sleep.

* * *

i wake up with a light headache. i roll over to check the time on my phone.
11:34am?

WHAT? i missed all of my alarmclocks.

i jump out of bed and run downstairs to find my mom cooking something. "oh, i see my angel has finally woken up."

i just stand there, a little confused. "why didn't you wake me up?" i ask her, rubbing my sleepy eyes.

"you slept through all your alarms and when i went to wake you up i just couldn't. you looked so cute and peaceful." she says. "but don't worry, i called your school and told them you had a fever. you got off till thursday."

oh wow, i have the best mom in the world.

i walk over to her and peck her cheek. "you're the best."

she quickly answers me. "i know."
i huff at her answer and swiftly steal a slice of cucumber from a bowl before i escape, back to my room.

i look at my phone and scroll through my messages, but still nothing from hyojong.

i sigh and throw my phone phone the otherside of the bed. i lay back down and doze off again.
