I ran into the hospital as fast as I could I was really worried for Kaden, I had no idea what happened to him and I was really worried. Wait I already said that? I swear I'm losing my mind.

I went up to the nurses desk and asked what room Kaden had. "203" she said smiling at me, I don't get it how do they be so happy when they take care of hurting people?

"Thanks!" I said running off looking for his room I was in the 200s which meant I was close I finally came across 203 only three doors down how lucky am I.

I knocked on the wide opened door so I wasn't being rude or anything or disrupting anything going on here.

Kadens mother looked up at me and smiled "who's here now mom" Kaden groaned, "Kaden calm down its not a nurse I promise" she said laughing and gesturing me to come in.

I walked in slowly and peeked around the curtain thing, that separated the room, when Kaden saw me his face lit up which made me happy.

"I didn't tell you because she told me not to" his mother said winking, "well I'll let you two have some privacy" his mother said walking away and shutting the door behind her.

"Hey how you feeling?" I asked him standing there and tucking a strand of hair behind my ear, he patted the seat next to him and I immediately sat down beside him.

"Eh I'm Ok" he told me, "it sucks being in a hospital bed all day you know?" Kaden said grabbing his phone off the counter next to him.

"What even happened?" I asked him, I cocked my head in confusion and looked at him with a questioning look.

"Let's just say when I was walking home yesterday a car didn't see me" he said smiling, I looked at him shocked, some idiot hit him with a car, not on purpose though thank goodness!

"How did you know I was here? Did my mom text you?" He asked placing his phone back on the counter thing by his bed.

"Well your mom did text me but I didn't see it Jacob texted me asking what happened to you then I opened your moms text" I explained to Kaden.

"Makes since" Kaden said, I placed my hands in my lap and smiled at him trying to give him as much appreciation as possible.

"I've only known you for two days and this happened to you?" I said laughing, Kaden laughed to.

"Yup and I need to tell you something and you may think I'm crazy Tess" he said looking at me with a serious look on his face.

"Ok tell me" I said looking into his bright brown hazelnut eyes, he took a deep breath before he was going to tell me what he was going to tell me. If that makes since.

"Well these past two days I realized Tess that your absolutely amazing and your straight out beautiful and your a girl I would want in my life, and I know we just met and everything and I don't know a lot about you to ask you out yet that's why I asked if we could go get bubble tea one day" Karen's said avoiding eye contact with me but I could see the redness in his cheeks.

"Aw Kaden that's sweet and let's just say I feel the same about you but I really want to get to know you better before we date you know?" I said to Kaden I could feel my cheeks heat up.

"Ya I totally understand but for now can we still be good friends?" Kaden asked me with a smile on his face, I nodded my head "of course" I told Kaden I was going to say something else, but we where interrupted by a certain two people.

"Ok first of all cats do not have hooves those are horses you dumb ass" Veronica said entering the room.

"Ya whatever look it up and I'll be right!" Jacob said crossing his arms.

"Anyways hey Kaden" Veronica said walking up to his bed, Jacob did the same.

"What the heck where you guys arguing about?" I asked in confusion.

"Dumb ass Jacob over here thinks cats have hooves and those are horses" Veronica said pointing at Jacob and rolling her eyes.

Kaden and I both laughed at the stupidity, Jacob crossed his arms and pouted, "I swear cats have hooves I have proof!" Jacob explained to us.

Veronica and I couldn't hold our laughter, we burst out laughing we laughed so hard we had to wipe tears off our faces.

"He's a dumb ass" Veronica said catching her breath from all of those laughs, "ya whatever" Jacob said rolling his eyes at Veronica.

"Ok so Kaden how did you get in this damn hospital?" Veronica said sitting down in the chair by Kadens bed.

"I was walking home yesterday and some idiot didn't see me and hit me" Kaden exclaimed to Veronica, and I guess Jacob to.

"People are stupid" Jacob said sitting by Veronica, "look who's talking" Veronica said glaring at Jacob.

Again, Jacob rolled his eyes and ignored Veronica and talked to Kaden, while they where doing that I checked the time on my phone and realized I had to get home.

"Um I got to go..bye Kaden" I said standing up from my chair and gathering my things, "Bye Tess, see ya later" Karen's said waving goodbye, I waved bye back and walked out of Kadens hospital room.

I dialed in the numbers of the ubers number and told them I was all ready to go home, they said they would be here in five minutes.

I made it to the entrance of the hospital and waited for the uber to park by the curb to pick me up.

I grabbed my phone while I waited and decided to go on Instagram, when I looked up I realized the uber was already here waiting for me.

I immediately stuffed my phone into my jean pocket and walked outside I got in the uber and the driver smiled at me.

"How was your visit?" The uber driver asked looking at me through the mirror thingy, I smiled "good thank you for asking" I said putting my seatbelt on.

"Good, same place where I picked you up right?" The uber driver asked driving away from the hospital.

"Yes same place" I said looking out the window, "alright" the uber driver said and smiled.

What a day!
