Trouble In The Forest

I've never been one to disrupt the peace and quiet, but today was an exception. There where three rough wolves attacking a brownish red wolf, and not just any wolf, they where attacking one of my best friends Alex. I was already going to get in trouble for sneaking out of my pack's territory so why not rush to the rescue. So I did just that, I jumped down from the tree I was purchased in and sprinted towards the largest of the wolves. I lunged at him and slammed my right paw down on his back knocking him off balance and onto the ground.

To say they where scared was an understatement at that point, one look at me and they were off running with their tails between their legs. The last one did the same when he recovered from the initial shock. After they where gone Alex broke the silence with the question I really did not want to hear, "Light, why are you out here? You know your supposed to stay on your pack's territory!" Before I could answer another wolf walked out of the bushes, and he was not happy. "Light you are in so much trouble! Alpha is not pleased with your adventures out of the territory or your request for your friend to lie for you!" roared the wolf who was a large black male wolf, he walked towards us with a childish swagger. I went to turn around and say goodbye but I was not able to because I was already being pulled back to the boarding volcano that I have to call home.

As I was being dragged I of course began to complain, making my voice as annoying as I could manage, "But Chris it's so boring at the volcano! And there are no trees to climb, it's also so hot up there all the time and-" He cut me off snarling out harsh words "You freak wolves aren't supposed to climb trees, and we are FIRE clan of course it's hot." I stopped talking completely mainly because he called me a freak. "I guess it is true then, I am a freak," I thought as we drew closer and closer to the volcano's base.
