The first few weeks since Star and Marco' encountered with the Batman has been a bit pleasant. After Mr. and Mrs. Diaz came back, Marco can't stop blabbering on what happened that day. He even told the police, which they don't believe him at first, but the shocked Thugs that were stopped says otherwise. Star wasn't really scared of the vigilante, she was just a bit surprised that there is a hero among Echo Creek, cleaning up the streets. (Y/N) comforted Star for those days, making him her first friend on Earth, except Marco, who he doesn't really care about anyone but himself. It's the weekend as the trio, Ferguson, Star and (Y/N), are hanging out in the Diaz Resident.
(Y/N)'s POV
Star: Wait, you actually did that? Wow. I'm impressed, Diaz.
Ferguson: I know right? I kept on convincing him to do that crazy stunt again, but I think he just doesn't want to be popular like Marco does.
You: I just don't wanna be the center of attention Ferg, and besides, I can show you guys my stunt later on.
Ferguson: Well anyways, I better get back home. I gotta lot of homework to take care of.
You: 'kay Ferg. We'll see ya later.
We all stood up from the couch and did a group hug. We all dispatched to Ferguson and went out before he closed the door behind him.
You: Oh! That reminds me, I was wondering if you wanna hang out at the park later on to have a picnic. Since Marco or I haven't shown you that much around Echo Creek.
Star gave me a warm smile, which made me feel a bit weird at first, but in a good and comfortable way.
Star: Sure! I wanna try this so-called 'ice-cream' that you mentioned before. I heard that it's the best Earth dessert here.
I chuckled at Star's curiosity when it comes to food.
You: Okay then, we both wait outside the house around 3 pm.
Star still had that same warming smile, nodding. She then happily skipped upstairs and hearing a loud thud, knowing that she closed her door. I then decided to call Ferguson since I have two hours before heading towards the park with Star. I headed towards my room, both closing and locking my bedroom door.
I activated my bat communicator.
