Hermione's POV
"Mummy!" exclaimed Athena from Blaise's arms
"We found the church!" said Draco yelling pulling me into his arms and spinning me around
"Really?" I asked kissing him lightly completely happy.
"Yes, and I killed two birds with one stone with your gift," said Blaise happily."You didn't have to," I said turning to him.
"I know but you can make it up to me by naming your son after me," said Blaise cheekily handing Athena to Ginny.
"We were going to do that anyways," I said blushing at the fact that my skirt hiked up a bit more and I don't know if I accidentally flashed Blaise my underwear.
"Ok, you promised. Anyways, our gift is going to be the reason you end up with children," said Blaise confidently."Enough teasing about their children. We have to go," said Ginny handing me my purse filled with snacks to the brim.
"I brought these for us since the guys most likely won't think about how hungry they are during the game," said Ginny fixing Athena on her hip.
"That is true," I said laughing as Athena inspected the purse for her favorite snacks. Once she was sure her snacks were in there, she began to play with the ring we bought for her."Ok, let me get my jacket," said Draco going back to our room.
"Fleur sent me a letter before Draco and Blaise got here," said Ginny pulling a letter from her purse.
I opened it and skimmed through it.Dear Hermione Granger,
I received your letter and offer my congratulations. Although, I will admit I am saddened that you thought of getting married without a proper wedding dress.
However, do not fret for I had one ready for you since before Ginny had thought about getting married.
I am very proud of you Hermione Jean Granger (almost Malfoy). You are an amazing woman. You gave me a family and you made me feel at home when some people didn't. You don't only mean a lot to me. You mean a lot to everyone around you. To me, to Ginny, to Luna, To Theo, To Blaise to Bill, To Draco.
(I'm going to cut this short so that I can start getting ready.)
We love you and we know you will be very happy with Draco. Don't every thing your alone because you have all of us.
Your sister (and favorite Weasley),
Fleur WeasleyI laughed trying to keep tears from my eyes.
I love you, too.
I put the letter in my purse and take Draco's arm.
"What did it say, love?" he asked curious walking me out the door.
"Oh, nothing only that Fleur will be coming over later. By the way, you haven't told me where the church is at," I said prying for information."That's dear is for me to know, and for you to find out," said Draco helping me into a wizardly carriage. I took Athena from Ginny when she had to come in.
Right then, an owl dropped a letter on Ginny and I through the carriage's window."Who is it from?" asked Blaise.
"It's from Ron. An invitation to his engagement party this upcoming Friday," said Ginny skimming through it.
"Should we go?" I asked.
"Well, we should because a copy of the guest list will be sent to Th Daily Prophet. In fact, the whole wedding will be covered by The Prophet as well as many other newspapers. It will give the wrong impression if we do not go," said Ginny grimacing."I already do not want to go," grumbled Draco.
"Neither do it but it seems we have no choice," I said warily.
"I highly doubt he wanted to invite us at all. He just want a reason to test us and start drama. We've got to go or risk being classified as rude," explained Ginny.
"Well, why don't we wait until after the honeymoons to let ourselves know if we are or aren't going," said Blaise."For now let focus on the fact we are here," said Draco opening the door for us to a large stadium.
Almost immediately, we were escorted to an iron staircase guarded by Aurors.
They vowed respectively before letting us pass.
"Thank you," I said surprising a few of the Aurors.
"You're welcome, Madam. We are here to serve you and your family. Anything you need, just ask," said the only female Auror clutching my arm.I smile before hugging her. She gasped before looking as if she had won a thousand galleons
"Thank you. You are very kind." I said before letting her go and climbing up the stairs to go to the box.
In the box seats, there appeared to be only the family of the players as well as some influential wizards and sitting in velvet seats.
The front wall facing the game was nonexistent. It simply consisted of protection spells keeping us from being hurt if we were attacked.
I sat in the corner seat with Athens on my lap waiting for the game to start."Hello, witches and wizards. Today an incredible event will happen. Two of best Quidditch teams of all time will face off before us. Without further delay, I welcome you the pride of this nation. The Irish team!" the announcer exclaimed triggering to cheering of thousands of fans as the Irish team player fled across the field.
"And let's not forget the ongoing champions of three years, Bulgaria!" exclaimed the announcer making fan roar as the team made their appearance.Led by no other than Viktor Krum.
So this is it. I know I haven't updated in a while but I haven't updated because I have been working on other stories.
I recently began writing a Hermione/ Viktor fanfic because I love that couple so much and it is perhaps my favorite ship. Along with that story, I have a Regency romance, I started writing and can't choose which to publish first.
Anyways, thank you so much. To y'all who are reading this. It means a lot to me.
