The Battle With a New Enemy and Event Chapter 10

-------Karin's POV--------

When I awoke, I was in a bed. I had no idea where I was, or what had happened before I fell asleep.

When I sat up, I noticed that there were pictures on the walls. All of them being of me and Toshiro. That is when I realized that I was in the bedroom in the house that Unohana and Yoruichi made for me and Toshiro. For what reason, I don't remember.

"Karin, your awake," I heard Toshiro say from the doorway. He walk to my side  and sat down on the bed. "Are you OK?" he asked me.

I was puzzled. Why is he asking if I am OK? I just fell asleep, right? "Yeah, I am fine," I said to him. That is when I noticed that my stomach had gotten bigger. "Toshiro, what is with my stomach? I look like I am eight months pregnant. I should only be four months along, right?" I asked him. I really have no idea what is happening.

"Karin, do you remember our conversation with Captain Unohana?" he asked me. I shook my head.

--------Toshiro's POV--------

 How does she not remember? "Hang on, Karin. I have to make a phone call," I told her. She nodded her head as I left to call Captain Unohana.

--Fifteen Minutes Later--

"So, she remembers nothing about what has happened in last in the couple days, except for the fact that Yoruichi and I have made a house for you two in the Soul Society?" Unohana asked me.

"Yes, that's right," I responded. "What are we supposed to do about it, Captain."

"Honestly, Captain Hitsugaya, I don't know what to do. I guess for now, just give her some time. Maybe her memories will come back to her," she told me. "You still need to contact Ichigo."

"I know, Unohana. Talk to you later," I said as I hung up the phone.

I ward back into the bedroom and saw Karin rubbing her stomach with a confused look on her face. "What is wrong Karin?" I asked her.

She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know. For some reason, I feel as though I will she our daughter very soon. Pretty weird huh?" She said to me.

I knew I shouldn't deny what she says, but I don't want to tell her that that is weird. "Well, Karin, maybe you are just really excited to see Matsuo," I tell her.

She just stared at me with a confused look. "We were talking about the baby, not...Matsuo?" she said as more of a question. "By the way, who is this Matsuo?"

I just stared at her with a wide open mouth. "Matsuo is what we decided to name our daughter, remember?" I ask her. She shakes her head.

"How do I not remember any this. I don't know why we are here instead of in the World of the Living. I don't even remember that we already picked a name for our daughter." Karin said to herself more than me.

"Don't worry, Karin. I talked to Unohana about it. She is going to find the solution to your memory loss." I told her. She nodded at my statement.

"Toshiro, can you lay beside me?" Karin asked me. I nodded and took my place on the bed.

Karin laid her head on my chest before she spoke. "So this is where we will be sleeping for a while?" she asked me. I nodded my head before giving her a kiss on her forehead. "Well, I am going to sleep now." she said to me as she closed her eyes.

As soon as she fell sleep, she began to speak. She said stuff like, "That is a really good drawing, Matsuo," and "You have to go to bed, Matsuo." I smiled. 'She is dreaming of the future,' I thought as I drifted off to sleep as well.
