The Battle With a New Enemy and Event Chapter 16

--------Yuzu's POV--------

When Ichigo let go of his head, I thought that we would go back to the conversation that we were in the middle of. However, Ichigo's presence changed. Now, I didn't know who this feeling belonged to. "Ichigo, are you OK?" I finally asked him.

When he looked at me, I could tell that his eyes were really different. Where there was supposed to be white, there was black. Also, the iris of his eyes were a golden color instead of brown.

"Before I answer your question, Yuzu, I want to tell you that I am not Ichigo."When he finally spoke to me, his voice was different. It sounded like a mouse with a really deep voice. "Right now Ichigo is in his inner world. I put him there so he would not bother the chat that I am going to have between every person here."

At this point, I was terrified. This guy made me feel scared and weak.

"Why are you here, Hichigo?" Toshiro asked him with a bit of anger in his voice.

"Now, now, Captain Hitsugaya. You shouldn't talk to me like that. We wouldn't want anything more to happen to Karin when I get back," he said to the captain.

Once he heard the word 'more,' Toshiro's spiritual pressure rose, and the temperature dropped yet again. "What have you already done to Karin?!" he screamed at Hichigo as he pulled out his Zanpakuto.

"Captain Hitsugaya, don't worry. I haven't done anything to her, she is just in a lot of pain," Hichigo told him. Toshiro's eyes widened at this.

--------Toshiro's POV--------

"Karin is in pain?" I asked Hichigo. I was worried that Karin might go into labor while she is in Ichigo's inner world.

"Yeah. She kept screaming 'Get Toshiro!'" he told me. My worst fears could be true. She could be going into labor.

"Hichigo, you need to get me and Yuzu into Ichigo's inner world," I said the monster that took Karin.

"OK, you I understand, but why Yuzu?" Hichigo asked me.

I glared at him as I said, "Yuzu needs to come just in case Karin goes into labor." After I said those words, everyone except for Hichigo had a look of worry on their faces.

"Fine, I will let you two enter, but do not try to bring Ichigo out here. I still need to have a chat with that boy," I nodded. The next thing I knew, I was in Ichigo's inner world.
