Veronica's P.O.V
"Hey, Nessa!" I yelled for my twin sister to come in my room. "Coming!" I heard her voice coming in close. She layed down next to me on my bed, watching as I swiped between 2 photos. "Which picture should I post on the gram?" I held out my phone swiping between the photos. One being a casual selfie I took 2 days ago and than the other was of myself laughing. "I say the first picture. The selfie." she said. "But Nessa, I like the other one better." I whinned. I always do this to her and every single time she gets irratited. "Ugh, Roni. You always do this." she groaned as she got up. "Thanks Nessa!" I watched as she exited the room annoyed. I continued to go on my phone, opening Instagram. I built a caption for my picture and posted it. I got off my bed and went downstairs to see what my dad was doing.
"Daddy!" I yelled awaiting for him to come. Vanessa came running down the stairs instead. "He's not home." she said. "What am I suppose to do with you, all afternoon." I sighed. "Oh shut up, Roni. Go make a boyfriend or something. You sure do need one." Nessa said with a petty face. I gasped getting offended. "Because of that I'm gonna go out without you. Take that Nessa." I ran upstairs to gather my things to disappear.
3 hours later...
I drove around LA and came across a small park that intriged me. I drove into it's parking lot and parked in my car. Me, Veronica Merrell, 19, in a small sketchy park sitting on the only bench available insight. I was alone listening to the swing set making its crinking noise that brought me back to childhood. I should've brought Nessa.
"Hey." I heard a voice say behind me. My backed turned quicker than ever noticing it was just a guy and his skateboard.
"Don't do that to me, I nearly almost had an accident here." I immediately turned my back back.
"I'm sorry." he chuckled. I heard his footsteps walking around the bench, sitting on the other side of me.
I looked to see who this person actually was and I was not mad on what I saw.
"What's your name, lonely girl?" he said eyeing me from across. I couldn't help but smile at his cute face. Something about him, attracts me to him.
"So, are you just going to sit there and smile or you telling me?" Wow, he really demanded an answer didn't he.
I was about to answer when my phone's ring interupted me and I looked away trying not to blush. "It's like you're planning this, what the fuck."
I grabbed my phone noticing the Caller I.D. It read, 'Nessa.' "I'm sorry, I have to take this." I got up walking past him into the parking lot being the only secure place to be in.
"Where are you?" Nessa yelled into the phone.
"I'm in a park, don't worry about me." I said chuckling.
"Well, I just watched 'Top 10 Scariest Ghost Videos Caught On Camera' and I need you home now, Roni."
Nessa sounded determined and I laughed.
