Armaan said those words which were hard for those souls to hear. They never wanted to hear something like this at least for not their backbone.

"Manik depression main hai. Like the worst case possible guys." Armaan said and then paused.

Mukti and alya were shattered. Cabir was numb. Dhruv, navya, abhimanyu and aryamann just didn't want to believe what they heard were true or not.

"Come to my office. I'll explain you few things." Armaan said and with that he showed everyone the way to his office.
They all were beyond shocked. They didn't want to move. They just wanted manik to come from the room smiling. But of course karma had her own plans.

After a while they all just went with Armaan to know exactly what had happened and how they can bring their manik back.
"Manik has shut himself from the reality of his life I am guessing because of the reality of his life. I personally feel ki Nandini ka sach jaane ke baad manik is blaming himself and becoming hard on himself. Usse yeh dard saha nahi gaya hoga so his system shut it self down taaki woh utna pain na le saake. Manik ki condition 60% kharab ho chuki hai. He is not responding to many things. Khana nahi khara hai, sora nahi hai. He has to respond to things but I guess this will not happen jab tak woh apni reality face karna start nahi karta. Try making him happy, Involving him in things, make him eat. Just do something. Medicines likh raha hu khila dena usse. And hope ki woh theek ho jaye because agar yeh chalta raha toh he could slip in coma or loose his life." Armaan completed his sentence and started writing down the medicenes while the others were just numb. They were numb. Alll numb. This can't happen they all thought. No it can't. While they started crying, karma started laughing.

On the other hand, Nandini was worried as she Manik didn't come to office today. She was waiting for him. To see his condition. To see if he was alright. To see if her prayers are working. She looked at the watch again and it showed 11:00 AM. Manik is never late. If he is, he always informs, no matter what. Nandini was hell tensed by now. She wanted to call him. Hear his voice. Make her heart believe that he is fine and that her brain is not lying to it. She waited. She waited. It was 1:00 PM now. Her heart was beating crazy bad now. She decided to call him. The ring was going but no body was picking it up. She was going to have a heart attack she decided. In the last ring , the sound came.

"Hello." "Hello, Cabir sir?" "Haan Nandini bolo?" "Um, Cabir sir Kya aap manik sir se puch sakte hai ki woh office aayenge ki nahi kyuki unki meeting hai 4 ko.?" "Nandini , manik woh .... "

Nandini was going crazy. Cabir was crying and manik woh kyaaaa? She thought

"Manik sir Kya? Cabir sir kuch boliye na? Manik ko kya hua hai? Woh theek toh hai na? Bolo na Cabir?"

"Nandini , manik woh usko bhukar hai. Woh aaj nahi aa paayega. Tum uski woh puri meetings cancel kardo. Aaj ki bhi aur kuch aage ki dino ki bhi. He needs rest abhi ke liye."

Nandini knew he was lying. Something was wrong. And not knowing if manik was ok or not really was killing her badly. She wanted her answers. But she knew Cabir may not give her that.

"Ok Cabir sir, I'll cancel sir's meetings. Tell sir get well soon from my side."

Cabir cut the call from there. Nandini cancelled all the meetings and started doing her work all the time thinking what might be wrong. She couldn't concentrate at all and then she called someone.

"Hello"
"Armaan tujhe malum Hai Kya ki if something is wrong with manik or not?"
"Tu hospital aa. Tujhe kuch batana Hai."
"Okay. Aai abhi."
"Bye."

Here, Cabir was crying badly. Nandini and manik were something more than universe for him. Seeing them like that was hurting his heart alot. He wanted to shout and yell at Nandini saying that nahi, nahi hai theek manik. Sirf tu hi usse bacha sakti hai . Please help .
But he knew he just couldn't ask. Manik was entering the darkness, while Nandini was already deep inside it and had lost her way out of it. Cabir didn't know what will help him. He wanted both of them in light.
