Milkshakes and Surprises

It was 5:20 and I was sitting at Benny's all alone with a milkshake waiting for Finn.  I told Millie and Noah that I was going home and headed over here.  I didn't quite know what I was going to say to Finn yet but I'm guessing when he got here I would know my answer.  

The clock read 5:27 when the door swung open and Finn walked in, he had a sweater and his hands were shoved into his pockets.  He walked over to my table and sat down across from me.

"Hi y/n" Finn Smiled but I didn't return the favor.

"Hi" I answered back.

"um again I'm really sorry about hat happened I really like you and I just-Do you forgive me?"

"How do I know I'm not Just a game being played by you"

"How can I prove it to you'

"You tell me"

Finn sat there for a second until he stood up and grabbed my hand and dragged me outside.  He took me to his car.  i got into the passengers seat and he got into the drivers and we headed farther away from Hawkins.

"Finn were are we going" i said confused.

'We are running away"

"What! Finn your crazy go back!" I yelled at him.

"No! you said prove it and I am, we are going to run away together, leave everyone in this crummy town"

"Finn I didn't mean this, I meant Just kiss me I don't know, I don't want to leave"

Finn slammed on the breaks and looked at me "Wait you want me to kiss you" He said shocked which kind of hurt my feelings.

I looked at him with embarrassment then chuckled a little bit "you know what this is crazy I'm crazy your crazy i'm just gonna leave"

I unbuckled my seat and opened the car door and walked back towards Hawkins.  I heard Finns car door open and shut and footsteps coming towards m.  He pulled me towards him s i was looking at him.

"i din't mean it in a bad way I just-"

'you Just what Finn i'm sick of this i feel like I'm in a movie and I hate it, I don't want to be this cliche good bad relationship with you why does this have to be like this I'm sick of-" Finn cut me with his lips on mine.  The kiss lasted 30 seconds until we separated.

"What did I just say I didn't want to be cliche and that was" Finn laughed at my comments 

"Well how about this, we don't have to date right away but let me be there for you, let me get to know you. deal?"

"Deal"

Finn smiled and held my hand back to the car.  He drove me to my house but I made him stop a block away.  We said goodbye and he drove off.  I walked towards my door and opened it with my key, but the door was unlocked already which was weird.  I walked into my house and saw the kitchen light on,  I slowly tip toed into the kitchen taking cation that someone may be in my house.  i jumped around the corner and saw him standing there.  i couldn't believe it I was in such shock.

"Gaten?"  

"That's me" Gaten said smiling at me from my Kitchen.

I ran up to him and jumped in his arms.  he wrapped his hands around my waist and hugged me back.

"I missed you so much, but how did you get in my house" I questioned him once I let go from our hug.

"Remember this" Gaten held up a gold key from around his neck.

--------8 years earlier------------

"I can't believe you have to move away" I said with tears in my eyes as i hugged Gaten.

"Me too, but I promise I will try my hardest to come back" Gaten said with tears forming in his eyes.

"Well when you do use this and come straight to my house my parents wont mind" i said while taking my gold house key necklace from around my neck and place it in Gaten's hand.

We hugged one last time and Gaten's mom took him into there car and they drove away

I smiled at him "i cant believe you kept it"

"I told you when i come back I'm coming right here"

I laughed at him and we hugged once more. "so What are your plans"

"I don't know I was thinking maybe i could crash here for the night?" Gaten asked with his puppy dog eyes.

I giggled at him "Of course you can"

Gaten smiled and headed into my room.  He Jumped onto my bed, Well mattress.

"Did you bring clothes?" I ask

"Nope got any for me"

"i barely have stuff for myself but I will look" 

I head into my parents room and grab my dads old shirt and a pair of sweat pants.  I bring them to Gaten then grab my clothes and head out so he could get changed.  I come back wearing my shorts and T-shirt and see that Gaten is wearing the clothes which look really baggy on him

I turn off the light and lay down next to Gaten who squeezed in next to me.

Wait until Noah see's Gaten, he will be so excited.

Quick note: I don't do these notes often I just want to say I know this is probably the worst chapter I have written but it needed to happen so sorry
