I woke up to a crashing sound coming from outside, in the hallway. "Alpacas are awesomer than llamas... Harry, what was that?" I questioned Harry uncertainly. Had there been an earthquake?

"Marissa, I don't know. It didn't sound like one of Dudley's tantrums."

We sat in silence for only a few seconds. "Where are the Potters you muggles," a gruff voice came from the doorway. When he was told where we were he went ballistic, "YOU LOCKED THE CHILDREN OF LILY AND JAMES POTTER IN YOUR CUPBOARD!" The door to the cupboard was pulled off its hinges and I was facing a rather large man with a wild beard and kind beetle-like eyes. He seemed to be friendly and caring. "Harry, Marissa! It's been a really long time, hasn't it? I can still remember-"

"What are you talking about, who are you?" Harry blubbered.

"I'm Rubeus Hagrid, groundskeeper at Hogwarts. Professor Dumbledore sent me to bring you two too Diagon Ally to shop for school supplies."

"Okay Hagrid, but I've never heard of a place called Diagon Ally. And how will we pay for our supplies such as robes and pewter cauldrons?" I asked. Harry still looked uneasy about a large mysterious man taking us somewhere so I grabbed his hand and squeezed it lightly. He gave me a small smile and relaxed.

"They will not be going to learn magic tricks from some old fool." Uncle Vernon's face had turned quite a disturbing shade of purple as he shouted. This really angered Hagrid so he decided to take it out on Dudley as he was sneaking out of the kitchen with burnt bacon in his meaty fingered grasp. Hagrid pointed the tip of his umbrella at him and suddenly a pink pig tail was poking through Dudley's pajama bottoms. All of the Dursleys screamed in terror. Once they calmed down, Uncle Vernon agreed to let us go, but I knew it was forced. Go Hagrid!

As we were leaving, I noticed the Dursleys were getting in their car. "We have to take him to a hospital Vernon; we have to get it removed!"

"He-he j-just put a-a ta-ta-tail on m-me, h-how is th-that possi-sible?"

"Duddie Kins, please be quiet." With that last remark, they were gone.

"Kids, do yer want to ride my bike?"

"Sure." we replied. I sat down in the sidecar and tossed Harry the helmet.

"Maybe I'll let yers drive it one of these days." We all smiled. Hagrid started the bike and tore down the street. Then the bike lifted into the air, this was really surprising because Hagrid probably weighed about 300lbs.

We touched down on the pavement with quite a jolt. As we walked into the pub; the Leaky Cauldron in London, people turned to stare at us. There was loads of mutters about me and Harry-

"It's the Potters."

"The kids who defeated You-Know-Who."

"Do they really have scars?"

"Wow, they really look like their parents... and each other."  Random people kept shaking our hands and thanking us, it was so confusing what did we do? Then the bartender walked up to talk to Hagrid, "Hey Hagrid, are the rumors true? Are these the Potter twins?"

"Yeah, I'm taking them to get their school things in Diagon Ally. I'll see you later Tom." Hagrid told the man. "Oy, Quirrel! Here meet Marissa and Harry. Kids, Professor Quirrel is the defense against the dark arts teacher at Hogwarts."

"P-p-p-pleasure t-to me-mee-meet y-y-y-you." Yeah, I completely believe that the stuttering fool before me was going to teach me defense against the dark arts.

"Hello,"  Harry and I greeted him at the same time. We walked away from the awkward man and towards a solid brick wall. I was about to point out that it was dead end, but Hagrid took out his umbrella and lightly tapped a few bricks. All of the bricks started shifting to the sides and made a passage through the center of the wall. "Welcome to Diagon Ally!" Hagrid told us, he was smiling. Harry and I were hesitant to go through the opening so Hagrid pushed us.
