"Hey," I greeted Veronica with a bright smile, cheery ever since yesterday. "I've been meaning to ask, how was your date last night?" I wiggled my eyebrows flirtatiously before laughing. "I kind of like the looks of Chuck." I shrugged before popping a grape into my mouth.

"The more handsome on the outside, the more rotten on the inside." She mumbled snarkly making me raise my eyebrows.

I scoffed, "Was the date that bad?" I teased.

She shrugged, "He's just not really my type." She didn't make eye contact with me which I found strange. There was obviously something she was keeping from me but I didn't want to be pushy.

I checked my phone for anything new but when a certain photo popped up on my Instagram feed, I practically lost it. "What the hell is a sticky maple?" I asked angrily, not upset with my sister but with Chuck.

Veronica sighed and closed her eyes before finally responding, "It's a Riverdale thing-"

"No, Veronica, it's a slut-shaming thing. You're not a slut and I'll be damned if I let you be shamed by a guy named, excuse me, Chuck Clayton." I shut my phone off before grabbing my bag but Veronica stopped me.

"I didn't want  to get you involved, T, I don't want you doing anything stupid."

"He's not gonna get away with this, does he not know who you are? I will cute the brakes on his souped-up phallic symbol." I said angrily, "We have to do something."

...

"Excuse me," I pushed through everyone in the hallways, currently only seeing red. "please move." I tried my best not to lose my temper but it was hard when all I could think about was that stupid photo. Chuck's not gonna know what hit him.

"Hey," I felt a hand grab my wrist while I plowed through the crowd. I stopped and looked over to see who it was.

"Trinity, what's going on?" Betty asked me innocently. "Why do you look so upset?"

"No time to explain." I handed her my phone so she could see the photo, she followed me as she examined the photo, scoffing in disgust as we made our way to the locker room.

Sure, I've been around in New York but I was still taken back by all the boys with towels wrapped around their waists. I had to remember my one priority, though it was hard when I bumped into Reggie, almost knocking his towel off.

"Trinity, if you wanted to see me this badly all you had to do was call." He winked and all of his friends laughed making me scowl in disgust before I finally found Chuck.

I crossed my arms before clearing my throat loudly making him turn around with a smirk. "Huh, Trinity and Betty. Menage a right on. Ladies." The boys around him laughed like it was the funniest thing.

I rolled my eyes,"This," I held up my phone, showing the awful picture that he posted of Veronica with maple syrup over her face, "is disgusting. Take it down."

He held his hands up defensively as if he didn't do anything wrong. "Woah, woah. Why are you so wound up? It's a badge of honor and she's not exactly virgin territory after her closet date with Andrews."

Betty decided to step in, "Okay, that's beyond irrelevant, Chuck. You're not allowed to go around humiliating girls, for any reason, under any circumstances you.. jerk!" She lectured him.

"Look, I get you're not a closet kind of girl but, hey, if you wanna ride the Chuck Wagon, that can be arranged." He inched closer and I stepped in front of Betty and glared at him.

"Let's keep this simple, so that your preppy-murdered half-brain can grasp it." I titled my head and stepped closer, "Take. This. The hell. Down."

"Okay, that high-toned bitch attitude may have worked on the betas you bossed around in New York, but you're in bulldog territory." He spoke slowly in a low voice. As soon as the words came out of his mouth the boys around him began to bark like dogs making me jump in the slightest.
