Bad Things Don't Happen in Fairweather...Do they?

Last Friday night the town of Fairweather was celebrating their win over their rivals lacrosse team. Behind the scenes? Eighteen-year-old Olivia Parker, Fairweather Highs Golden Girl as proclaimed by those around her, was found dead in the town's lake during a high school party gone wrong. Police have charged eighteen-year-old Wesley Owens, a senior at Fairweather High School, with the murder of Olivia Parker.
Police were called to Fairweather's lake a little after one a.m. Saturday morning when friends of the two found Parker dead in the lake with Owens sitting on the bridge looking over at her. Many are unsure about what transpired and why Owens would allegedly murder Parker as friends have described the two as "lifelong friends".
