Robin

~Chapter 9~

I close my front door behind me as I stand outside with Adam. "I'm sorry if I'm interrupting anything.." Adam starts off. I shake my head. "No it's okay nothing is being interrupted." I reply as I stand in front of him.

He sighs. I was worried. Why is Adam's face so serious? "Anyways Robin.. I think I failed the mission.." Adam says with a cracky voice. Is he gonna cry? Why is he choking up on his words?!

Before anymore words were said Adam hugs me. He wraps his arms around my shoulders and pulls me to him as he hides his face in my neck. He sniffles. He was crying!

"I-I don't know what to do anymore.." Adam cries as I feel his tears fall into my neck too. "I just want to stay with you!" Adam says in between sniffles as he continues to cry. I was stunned for a moment. But then I wrap my arms around him too. Of course I would.. I mean like he's crying.. I have to comfort him.

"Adam.." I start talking. He gets up from my neck and looks around on him with our arms still wrapped around each other. His tears still fell from his cheek. "Yes?" He replies to me with hope in his eyes. "I-i already know that we're not allowed to have feelings in our missions for other people." I reply coldly.

He widens his eyes feeling a heart ache already. "Robin I-" before Adam could finish his sentence I push up on tippy-toes and kiss him. He widens his eyes at first but then kisses me back as he closes his eyes slowly. When I let go of our kisses I look down for a moment but then back up at him.

"But I'm pretty sure you've changed that for me." I say. He smiles at me with happiness and I smile back. He lifts me up and I wrap my legs and arms around him. We hug each other as he was carrying me.

"Please, let's just stay like this forever.." Adam whispers in my ear as he still holds me. I giggle and then reply with, "I agree. We should.."

Elle point of view

"Are you sure you're okay Faye?" I ask her as we sit on the couch alone. She sighs and then nods her head. "Yeah.." she replies slowly. "You don't feel betrayed or hurt at all?" I ask her. Faye shakes her head.

"No. I actually feel relieved to be honest.. I mean like.. now we found a boyfriend for Layla! Right? Remember what I said? We all have partners but Layla but now she has one.." Faye says with an awkward smile. I smile too. Trying to be positive. "Yeah.. I guess so..." I reply awkwardly.

"And actually. I'm pretty sure I've moved on! I mean like.. remember? I got Joseph.." Faye says with a real smile this time. I giggle. "And he's your childhood crush too! Remember?!" I reply trying to brighten up the mood.

Faye and I laugh together.

We hear Robin's muffled giggling outside. I smile at Faye. "Well I guess it seems that Adam and Robin ended up together huh?" I say to Faye. "Yep.. like a fairytale.." Faye replies. I nod my head. "Happily ever after for those two couples.." I reply slowly.

All of a sudden the door opens and Robin comes walking in. "Where's Adam?" I ask her as she closes the door behind her. "Eh he went home." She replies as she bounces onto the couch next to Faye. "Ooh what did you two do eh?" Faye asks Robin with a flirtatious wink.

Robin giggles. "Nothing! We just discussed our relationship I guess.. and hugged and kissed but y'know.. couple cute things.." Robin says with blushing cheeks. "Awwww." Both Faye and I say in a unison.

"I guess this is really happily ever after then huh?" I ask them. Faye nods her head. "Me and Joseph.. Robin and Adam.. Luke and Elle.. and Layla and Micheal.." Faye explains. "You don't mind Micheal and Layla being together?" Robin asks her. "Nope! Actually.. I'm kinda happy for them.." Faye says with a positive smile.
