Chapter 14

SOLLUX POV
You look at Karkat that is still with you on your bed.
"I need to get Eridan an apology prethent."
"What are you going to get him tho?" Karkat responded in his usual 'crabby' voice.
"I have no idea. We could find thomething at the thtore."
You grab Karkat's wrist and started to walk to the nearest store, which was the, one and only, Walmart.
You could find anything in that fucker. You want soup? They have soup. You want a video game? They have a video game. You want lingerie? They, weirdly, have that, too.
You walk through the automatic opening doors and start to head to the carts and grabs one.
You walk to the food aisles and grab a can of Clam Chowder Soup. You grin and put it in the cart.
"Hey asshole maybe we should get him something good? Maybe a game or so?"
You agree and started to head to the video game section but you see something in your corner of your eye on the left side.
A pair of under wear that says "2 2exy 4 u" on the butt. You grab it and put it in the cart without Karkat noticing it.
You decide to put a box of Whale Snacks: Cheesy Crackers on top of it.
While trying not to think of Eridan in them but blushing completely red.
Karkat finally grabs the cart and goes to the video game section alone and rolling his eyes, while you head over to the card aisle.
You scan over all the cards and try to pick out a get well soon card. You find one that's perfect it says on the front, "You have been through a whale-y hard time..." and on the inside it says, "So soon I will sea you get better whale friend."
You smile and then you feel something hit your back. Now your smile went to a death look who hit you. The idiot who hit you was Karkat with the cart.
You throw the card in with a matching envelope and head to a check out aisle. You didn't want Karkat to see the under ware. Luckily he had to go to the bathroom and you quickly check the items out and by the time he was out you where waiting for him.
You go back to your place; Karkat leaves to visit his dad that came from a long business trip.
On the contrary, you grab a nice woven basket that was purple and yellow in the back of your closet.
You nicely put all the items in with the under ware at the bottom.
You look at the time and it was almost nighttime. You go to the hospital and Nepeta checks you in.
You head up to Eridan's room and stand in the doorway.
You Sollux Captor will this time say you are SORRY.
