Chapter 8

SOLLUX POV
Today was the day to see a guy named Eridan Ampora, he's in the hospital right now.
You decide to put nice fresh clean, not grubby and with holes, clothes. You nonchalantly walk over to your closet and look it over. Nothing looked good enough to wear. So you decided to go to Kanaya's clothing store to get new clothes.
You walked into the store and Kanaya greeted you with a pleasant smile.
"May I help you?"
"I need new clotheth."
"What's the occasion?"
"I need to vithit a guy in the hothpital."
"Who is he? in fact, what happened?"
"Eridan Ampora, he just killed himthelf, why? I do not know."
"Oh, well, I did know a little secret from him. "
"I know it's a thecret and all but can you tell me?"
"No and you probably need clothes and not talking to me, hmm? So let's get you fixed up and he'll be happy to see you."
Kanaya starts to pull out clothes and starts to make a giant mountain of clothes. She shoos you into a dressing room and hands you some clothes.
You spend about a hour trying on clothes until you find this one out fit with a purple and yellow stripped beanie hat with a black jacket that had a bee on the back with an ugly yellow gray T-shirt underneath it. You decide to zip up the jacket.
You walk out of the dressing room with the clothes on and paying for each item you also bought a new cool pair of glasses.
You don't have time to change into your old clothes and you walk right out the door with the new. You put the old ones in a bag and started heading to the hospital.
You walk to the guest check in and there is a lady there at the desk. She had short brown hair and a blue hat on. She stared off into the distance not noticing you. You looked at her name tag and her name was: Nepeta.
"Nepeta, I would like to thee a perthon." She quickly shot her head towards you and said, "Sure thing! Sorry for not noticing you, I was looking at these people over there that I think would make a cute couple! Anyways, what's the name?" you replied,"Eridan Ampora."
"Oh his room is 571."
"Thank you and have a nice day."
"You too sir!"
You take the elevator to the 5th floor and started to stroll to Eridan's room. You get there and see his older brother Cronus practically crying in the corner right next to his bed.
Eridan looked at you weirdly and you didn't care. You hated what you have been doing to him since he tried killing himself. You looked straight at him and just flat out said it, "I'm tho thorry. I didn't mean it to end up like thith." You paused. "If only I could repay or do anything to make you feel better from all of the thtuff that I did to you." You sat in a chair and he looked at you like he was confused.
Great! Just to make this even better he doesn't even remember you. You feel even more horrid.
Can't this thing get any better?
