Grey was finishing her rounds when she received a transmission from the communications room.

"General," Link started, "we've just had an interference in the electromagnetic field near your coordinates. We aren't sure what it was."

"Send me the exact position and I'll head there."

"Would you like Apollo to join you?"

"I can take care of it. I'll be in touch."

After locating the area of the supposed breach, Grey scanned the ground with her ship. Unable to detect anything out of the ordinary, she landed to take a look around. The hunter unpinned one side of her black cape and grabbed a jet pack, securing it for emergency use. Just in case, she planted a tracker on her craft before walking away, pulling out her rifle blaster. The area had lush green grass, tall trees, and several tall plateaus. Soft rustles in the trees and the slight clacking of Grey's armour moving were the only noticeable sounds. This made the leader uneasy, as at this point in the day, there still should have been some avian creatures about- yet there were no chirps, squeaks, or flutters. The air was cool, a slight breeze waving the bottom of Grey's cape. She climbed swiftly up a tree, taking her binoculars out and searching the land. From a tree not too far off, a group of birds was spooked and took off flying. Grey jumped down and began walking in that direction cautiously.

Her boots tapped the ground softly, and a light rain started to fall. Grey stopped moving, looking at the tree tops near her. Suddenly, a Dathomirian dropped from the branches above, swinging a large sword. Grey rolled out of the way and began shooting at the horned red and black man, only to be shot at from the side. She got up and slid behind a tree, peeking out quickly and catching sight of a sniping Kyuzo. The horned male swung his curved sword from behind the tree, as Grey ducked and grabbed what part of the hilt she could. She pulled on it, drawing the Dathomirian closer, and aimed her gun at his temple, only for her weapon to be shot by the other attacker out of her hands. The male then headbutted her and kicked her into a tree, preparing another slash. Grey pulled out a machete from her belt and blocked it, using her other hand to grab a pistol blaster. She aimed at a few branches over them, which cracked and fell onto the sword-weilder. Grey ran and collected her rifle, aiming at the Kyuzo sniper, who quickly dropped from the trees. She took the opportunity to go back to the Dathomirian, who was just about to get up. While taking her aim, the male swept under her legs, catching her off balance, and swung his blade at her shoulder. A sizeable cut appeared in her left arm, the tip of the enemy's weapon now red. Grey quickly sprung forward, knocking him down, and grabbed for the sword. Ripping it from his hands, she stomped on his throat, causing him to gag. She lifted her gun and shot him in the leg as he yelled in pain, grabbing his wound. Putting the muzzle hard to his forehead, Grey looked down at the grimacing hunter.

"Who sent you," the radioed male voice asked, "the First Order, I'm guessing?"

"What matters is that whether you kill me or not, someone is getting paid," he spat.

"And why would that be?"

"My friend is currently about to take your precious senator hostage. There's nothing you can do about it."

Grey tilted her head back as the male speech changer in her helmet coated her laugh. She swung out a pair of handcuffs and tightened them on the bounty hunter's wrists, forcing him to limp back to her ship as she held a gun to the back of his head.

"Central Command, this is Grey," she transmitted.

"General, is there a problem?" Link replied.

The static male laugh lifted in the air again, "Definitely no problem. But, we do have a Kyuzo bounty hunter trying to get our beloved senator. Deal with him however you like."
