"Is everything okay?" Angelly asked.

"Yeah," I lied. There was something bothering me, but I couldn't really trust anybody. I had a thought of who could be behind it, but I didn't want to believe it, not just yet. "I'm just worried that we might lose."

"No we're not," Angelly said with a smile. "We're going to win! Like how Harry Potter defeated Voldemort! I remember in the first book how Voldemort took over one of Harry's teachers body, and Harry found out!"

"Like a disguise?" Kevin asked.

"Yeah!" Angelly said."

"Thanks," Kevin smiled.

"No problem! I'm always here to help!"

"Guys," Abbate called from the boiler room's door. "Stop talking! We don't have time for that!"

"Sorry!" I called back. I turned to Angelly. "Let's find more clues, I think I might know who it is."

"Who?" Angelly asked.

"I'm not saying," Kevin said. "But I will tell you this: the person behind all of this is still in the building."

******************************

When we got upstairs we split into pairs, so we could cover more ground. Brian and Abbate were together, Destiny and Ryan were together, and I was with Angelly. We only had about 45 minutes left, so we needed to move quickly. Ryan and Destiny were going to check the Nurse's Office to see if they could find medical records of everyone who worked in the building. Brian and Abbate went to check the Main Office to find any special events that had happened before. Angelly and I said we were going to check the computer lab for anything on the show we were on. The truth was that we were going to check everyone's room for anything suspicious.

We walked up to the first room, Abbate's room. We walked in and searched everywhere as fast as we could. 3 minutes later we found nothing. We went to everyone's room. Destiny had only makeup, Brian had some playboy magazines (I threw them in the trash), in Aidan's room was sheets of paper with jokes written in them, and the rest of the rooms seemed to have items that fit the person's personality and talent.

"God damnit!" I yelled, kicking down a trash can in Ryan's room.

"I can't believe we couldn't find anything!" Angelly said.

"The person probably thought someone was going to check their room. It's just a bunch of bull-" Kevin noticed something on the ground near the trash can. Kevin picked it up, it was a balled up piece of paper. He opened it up, and in cursive it said "THANKS"

"Thanks?" Kevin said in confusion.

"That looks like a girl's handwriting," Angelly said, taking the piece of paper from Kevin and inspecting it. "This girl must be very sophisticated."

"The only person alive right now who's sophisticated is Destiny," Kevin said scratching his head. "but it could also be from subway who is dead like Coco."

"It could also be Gabby or Julia."

"Maybe Ryan gave one of them a gift?"

"No, then we could've seen a note hung up with hearts or seeing one of them hug Ryan, but that never happened. Did it?"

"No. So if it was something important Ryan gave one of them, then it has to be something, like his talent."

"But what could it be? And why would one of them want it?"

"I have no idea. Maybe Ryan and the other was driving by despair, commanded to do something?"

"Like Marvin."
