~November 19th~

Luckily I woke up before Toby so I was able to remove myself from our sleeping position before he woke up too. It out a smile on my face to know we slept all throughout the night in the same position. I let go of his side and lifted my head from his comfortable chest before scooting a few inches away from him. Once a good distance I got up and left his room. As much as I loved how we were laying the night before the first time we did something like that was kinda awkward, I don't know if Toby was comfortable with that just yet and I know for sure it was a little nerve racking for me. But I'd admit, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Our heartbeat.

I went to my room and changed into some regular clothes for the day. Ann said my collar and shoulder is completely fine now so I have to go to Slender so he can start giving me days I have to go out and kill. I thought it was odd that we have a schedule to do this but whatever worked I guess. I was interrupted by knocking on my door. I opened it to find a very sleepy looking Toby. His hair was messy and tossed about and his face was scrunched up from the light.
"Oh s-so y-you are awake." He said. I giggled at his face as I opened the door the rest of the way to let him in.
"Yeah. Ann said I needed to see Slender today so I decided to get read as soon as I woke up. And sorry for not waking you up, and sleeping in your room...again." he simply smiled.
"D-don't worry about i-it. I l-love h-having you a-around." I smiled and began putting my shoes on. I couldn't help but feel as though a pair of eyes were watching me as I bent over to tie them. I knew Toby was watching me. I decided to try and confirm it and without any hints I stood suddenly and Toby jerked back into reality and cleared his throat. Cute. Creepy, but cute.

"S-so what a-are you d-doing a-afterwards Clocky?"
"Hmm...nothing I suppose, why do you ask?" I replied.
"I uh....w-well....I-I w-was wondering i-if.... maybe y-you'd l-like to go t-to the p-park with m-me later?" He asked red faced. Aww, he's nervous! Wait...is he asking me out?
"I-I uhh yeah. I'd love to." His face lit up and he had a smile of a child being given a new puppy. It was gorgeous.
"G-great! I'll b-be r-ready by the t-time you're d-done."
"Sounds like a plan. I have to go. Bye Toby." I said with a wave.
"B-bye."
He's the cutest, but am I ready?

Making my way through Slenderman's mansion I finally found his massive door to his office. Slenderman seems calm and understanding but he still manages to terrify me. I reluctantly knocked and the door opened but no one opened it. I walked down the dark hallway and reached his desk. This time Slender sat there staring at me, almost as if he was expecting me.
"Clockwork. It's nice to see you child." He spoke.
"H-hi. I uh, I heard you wanted to see me."
"Yes. It's time I explained how things work around here, after all you are living here and I expect you to play your part as I do everyone." He said before continuing.
"But to do this I need to show you something first. Follow me." I followed him in a closed door to the right of his desk into a large room with a a huge mural carved in wood ran around all walls of the room. We walked to one end of the wall where the mural started and that's when he began his story.
"You see, everyone believes the world as we know began one of two ways; scientifically in which an astroid collided with a much larger meteor and thus created earth. Or they believe that a single being or force was born from nothing and created earth and life as we know it. But the truth is child, it is much simpler that that." He finished as he began our walk down the mural.

"The world and universe did begin as nothing but it was not a single force that began life, it was two. The light and the dark. Two opposing forces that worked to create a world of unity, one that was not perfect, one that applied both forces to create beasts both predator to represent the dark and prey to represent the light. They also crated a being that would take both beings to keep balance. This was man." As he spoke he stopped at the first part of the mural which had depictions of everything had just said; a black form moving spewed out wolves, lions, and other predatory animals and a white cloud that created doves, fish and similar prey. Then it depicted a man standing alone holding a scale in his hand, one side was filled with predators and the other prey. He continued with his story.
