Twenty nine/nice converse

It's been almost three weeks and Daehwi hasn't seen Jinyoung ever since he was rushed to the hospital that night. He had contacted Jihoon, because Jinyoung wasn't answering his messages, asking for his address, but when he went to Jinyoungs house both times, nobody was home.

Daehwi was a mess, every practice they went to, he wouldn't try at all. Of course his members were concerned, but they just gave him some time and space.

"I like your uh, converse," Samuel said once he saw Daehwi come out of the car.

"Thanks," was all he could say back. He remembered that exact moment, he remembers when he accidentally called Jinyoung daddy when they were buying the shoes he was currently wearing, he remembers when they kissed at the top of the Ferris Wheel, and he remembers when Jinyoung bought him the cotton candy when Woojin told him not to buy. He remembered the good days where they made lots of memories together, and he missed them. He missed Bae Jinyoung.

As Daehwi walks in the hallway with his head down, Samuel by his side, someone suddenly bumps into him, causing him to fall to the ground and drop his books.

"What was that for?!" Samuel says for Daehwi while he stays quiet on the floor.
"Oops! Sorry, it was an accident," Eunji says in a fake tone, chuckling.

"Can you fucking leave? Do you not see that he's in a situation where he just wants to be alone?!" Samuel raises his voice, gaining the attention of at least 10 people in the hallway.
"Samuel it's oka-" Daehwi says quietly, getting up from the floor.

"No it's not okay Daehwi, she needs to learn how to respect some people and mind her own goddamn business!" Samuel shouts, scaring Daehwi. The people in the hallway were shocked. One: because some girl had the guts to hurt an idol in the middle of the school and two: nobody has ever seen Samuel this mad before.

     "Looks like someone's angry, huh?" Eunji says, rolling her eyes, then chuckling along with the two blonde girls beside her.

     "Yeah, I am angry," Samuel starts before Daehwi tugs on his shirt, signalling for them to walk away, Daehwi didn't want Samuel to get in a fight because of his own problems.

     "So what? Yeah he broke up with you, but get over it! You're nothing but a jerk who no guy would ever enjoy dating. Just because your father runs this fucking school you think you're the shit, well, I hate to break it to you Jung Eunji, but you're not! You think you're cool, talking shit about Daehwi when he didn't even do anything to you? Well his boyfriend has fucking cancer, so I suggest you stay away from his face right now,"

     "What?"
