My feet just met the floor when four screaming girls opened everyone's door and attacked them with squirt guns. Immediately after they drenched my shirt and began to run away Ricky and I chased them down the stairs throwing pillows at them.
"Go! Go! Go!" A girl with long, blonde hair shouted. They all sprinted out the back door somehow managing not to slip. Andrea ran to the side of the house, Lauren stood on the ledge between the pool and the hot tub, and the only two left were Jenn and the other blonde girl. Before I got out the door I peeled my shirt off. Jenn and her friend were panicking and slowly running around to the other side of the pool. My body rammed into both of theirs and the guns flew out of their hands. Next thing I knew we were surrounded by the chlorine filled pool water. I opened my eyes and all I saw were bubbles. My head popped above water and I was instantly being splashed with water on both sides of face. I held one hand up as a shield and attempted to splash back at the two girls. My body plunged back underwater and I swam away from the two. My hands found the edge of the pool and soon the water guns the two girls dropped. I grabbed the heavier one and started shooting the two girls. They grabbed each other in fright and screamed while they laughed at the situation. My water gun soon ran out and I couldn't figure out how to reload it so I swam over to Jenn. Her waist made contact with my shoulder. I lifted her skinny frame out of the water and spun around with her.
"No Jc!" She laughed and hit my back with a clenched fist. I carried her out of the pool and threw her back in. Her black eye makeup was traveling down her face.
"Here let me help you out." I convinced the blonde. She grabbed my hand and I pulled her up. In one swoop she was hanging off my shoulder and I threw her back in with Jenn. She came back up yelling.
"Traitor! Traitor! You're a traitor!" She yelled. Ricky was still shooting at Lauren with the gun he stole from Andrea. It only took one wrong step for Lauren AND Ricky to fall in. Kian finally came out shirtless in a pair of board shorts. Andrea came over to him with barely one spot of water on her. Andrea pushed Kian in the pool and he pulled her down with him. We hung out by the pool for most of the day. Finally I learned that the blonde girl's name was Lia, and she knew everyone from Awesomeness TV. This made me think that maybe I should do more work with awesomeness, because I felt like I was missing out. We ordered Domino's pizza for lunch and sat in a circle of pool chairs to eat. This was when Connor finally decided to wake up and join us. Jenn's soaking wet bathing suit bottom was leaving an imprint of her butt at the end of my chair. I stood up and stretched before asking if anyone needed anything from inside the house. I tossed the bag of chips to Kian as Lia stood up. She was really nice and I was getting to know her a lot better. The second that thought entered my mind she ran behind me and pushed me into the pool.
"Payback!" she laughed out loud. Her face lit up with the sweet smile of revenge. I shook my head to get my dripping hair out of my eyes.
"Finally!" Jenn shouted. Lia laughed with her, she had a really cute laugh. No Jenn, I scolded myself. Although they were laughing at me for getting push into the pool Jenn dived in a few moments later, along with Lia. Andrea picked up Jenn's phone and started taking pictures. Jenn was in my arms bridal style acting like a dork and Lia's arm rested on my shoulder. I wasn't even sure Lia knew we were dating or if Jenn wanted her to know so I resisted the urge to kiss her. We all knew that Jack and Andrew were landing today and would be coming over but they came so suddenly. The door bell rang and in came Jack and Andrew.
"Yes it is I! We have arrived!" Jack announced. Andrew followed behind him looking down at his phone, typical. Jenn ran out of the pool and went to hug Jack. His white tee now had a bunch of wet marks on it. She went to hug Andrew but he stopped her.
"Absolutely not." he protested. "I am not getting wet."
"You should probably let her hug you," Andrea said, "Us girls have done some serious damage to these boys today."
"Ugh fine." His arms opened slightly asking for a hug. Her body shivered before wrapping around her torso.
