"hey sleeping beauty wake up" Warren jolted awake,  his eyes darting around until they landed on the blue headed girl he'd been looking for. She was also tied to a chair with rope, unlike Warren who was tied with chains "great job genius you got yourself captured" she spat.  Warren's face turned red with anger "it's not my fault. You said if you ever went missing follow the map on your computer!" Alex was about to yell back but then groaned in pain. Warren's anger shifted to concern "are you hurt?"  Alex swore back at him shifting around in her chair looking as though she was attempting to kill herself "what are you doing?"

"OH WILL YOU SHUT UP!" she shouted pushing her chair up against his his chair "I'm getting us out" her tongue moved around her mouth until a small metal pin in her mouth.  She twisted her head around to the back of his head where a small metal device was stuck "what are you doing?" she told the pro to shut up through clenched teeth.  The device gave a small beep and fell from Warren's neck.  She shifted around again and said "burn my ropes and I'll get you out of the chains"

Warren sat next to Alex in a very fancy looking car "so why did the bad guys leave you in an abandoned building with no guards" the pyro asked.  Alex didn't look away from rode as she answered "well there intention was to leave me to die but they're idiots and didn't count on the fact that I have friends so when they found you were trying to find me they tried to do the same to you"

Warren felt quite guilty as the silence grew. He apologised and her grip on the steering wheel got tighter wheel "you don't need to be" that answer didn't satisfied him and with as much courage he could muster he asked "why didn't you tell me you were a solider?"

" you didn't ask"

"what happened to your team?"

The cat abruptly stopped nearly sending Warren barrelling into the window. Almost immediately the boy started apologising the he noticed the girl was crying.

"they're dead. Ok"

Warren hugged the girl who after a while pushed by I'm away and held out her hand "friends?"

"friends!"
